Minus stars! Placed an order at start 8th November but didn’t receive item. Had an email from them 29th November saying item out of stock would I like a refund. Replied Saying yes please. Despite 4 more emails asking where my refund is no reply. Latest email sent 4th Jan 22. Still no reply and no refund.
Do not buy from this company!
They are rogues!
I would like my money back in full please !

After a mix-up with the dispatch of my order, DCN Crafts went above and beyond to ensure it reached me before Christmas. Amazing customer service! My delivery arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, just in time to gift to my daughter

Similar experience to others. I ordered a birthday present in November which has been paid for and did not arrive. I was hoping this would arrive for Christmas but i've just got home and it's still not here. No response to emails, money taken and a very strange way to track your order as well. I've reported this company to trading standards.

Placed Order 14643 over two weeks ago, still no updates or response to emails!

My Dad placed an order No. 14549 on 23rd November. Money has been taken for payment but no goods delivered and no response to email or online messaging service. We are very disappointed.

Shocking experience. Ordered almost £40 worth of sewing kits and had no response at all in 2 weeks. Not shipped, emails not responded to. Now cancelled this order and hoping for a refund. Sadly, realised after giving them the money that they have done this to other people as well. Do not buy from this company.

Stamperia rice papers are the best, I buy them from DCN because they are the best value and always arrive promptly.

I placed an order on 30 Nov (order no. 14623). My money was taken straight away but, 2 weeks later, I have received nothing. I have emailed twice for an explanation but they have not bothered to respond. I have lost over £20 to these thieves. Do not use.

I bought 25 dmc perle 8 threads. They are lovely threads, sent out quickly. Great price! 😍

Much like many others here - I placed an order (no. 14578) on the 25th November and in the almost 2 weeks since I've heard absolutely nothing. No phone number to call and when I've asked for an update via email or Facebook message I get zero response. Would like to cancel the order and get a full refund - certainly won't shop here again!

Don’t order from this company. I placed an order on 8th Nov and still have received anything.
I emailed them to enquire about it and I received a reply that didn’t make sense. Their reply told me that they were sorry, but they were out of Product X and that I could request a refund. My order (Order 14357) did not contain Product X, but all my follow up emails to them have thus far been ignored.
I doubt I will ever see my order OR my money back.
Do not order from them!
