As with many before me I made my order with DCN Crafts on 07.11.21 and have still not received anything, I have used their chat system on line and had no response whatsoever I have also e.mailed customer service for which I received an automated message telling me my order was being prepared but still nothing received. I would also like a refund please order No 14350 for £22.28.

Do not order from here - I ordered on the 6th November Order…
I ordered on the 6th November Order 14330 no order has been dispatched so I requested a refund via PayPal which was going through until it failed because the company had not made the refund requested. I now find I need to try again to get a refund for an order I haven’t received. Don’t order from them!

They don’t have a telephone number to chase just an email which they do not reply. I have requested an update or a refund both have not been action. So literally they stole from me my £44/-

Very disappointed. Placed an order on the 8th October, and still no items. No notice given of any reason for the delays, and no response to our requests for information or a refund. Very bad service.

I'm only giving one star because I have to give something.
Order made beginning of October as a gift for Christmas. I have not received anything. I have emailed and received an automated reply saying they will be in touch soon. Still nothing. Be aware that if you order from them then you're taking a risk. It sounds like some people get lucky and some of us don't. I'm really disappointed as it looked like a lovely item

No contact phone number to be found anywhere, just an email address with a generic automatic reply and a ”live chat” option on the website that isn’t “live” at all and again just gives a generic automatic reply. I won’t be giving up until I get a full refund on my order.
