I have been wearing DC Shoes for 25…

I have been wearing DC Shoes for 25 years, as has my partner, I have always used an intermediary supplier with no issues. Ordered from their site in two sizes, ready for Christmas, neither fit so sent back both. Low and behold, no refund and no response from a human being either (they blamed their courier via email
only - EVRI - you chose to use them as a company so that should be your problem not the customers). DC’s have stolen £180 from me despite my repeated attempts to talk to someone and get my refund, they won’t get my business again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Disappointingly

Disappointingly, I have to write a negative review based on my customer service experience recently.
I ordered a pair of shoes size 10.5 on 1st December 2025. DC sent me a pair in size 11 and therefore too big. I communicated this to them and eventually they sent me a pre paid return form to send the shoes back.
Tracking confirms the shoes as delivered on 16th December 2025.
DC have not issued a refund for the incorrect shoes and are not replying to emails. You’re better off buying from a physical store if you can.

Terrible AVOID

Terrible. Sent my shoes back to DC using the courier they use and the label they suplied. No refund yet and looks like the courier has either stolen or lost them (EVRI) No reply to my e-mails from DC Shoes. Will be going to my bank to get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

30 of July i ordered a pair of shoes…

30 of July i ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter direct from DC. After a few days they send me an e-mail with a tracking number! After on month of tracking the order on 2 of September it shows me that the order was delivered to me but it never came to me ! I try to contact them by mail but never responded ! The order with the tracking number they gave me shows delivered and i havent receive it! They are scammers ! Never order from them!It never shows the delivery company so that i can contact at least them to see where my order is !

Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever had

So I ordered a pair of snowboard boots direct from DC. Because of the beyond clumsy interface, I updated the billing address to my correct address instead of the delivery address which is only 50% correct. Within ~30 mins of noticing this, I emailed customer service to explain my mistake and asked them to update. Most normal customer service departments would just say sure, no problems it's only a line or 2...not DC, I received a very official email:

"Thank you for your

Our systems have been designed to allow you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility at this stage to modify or cancel your order.
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

If you do not want to receive this parcel, please refuse the delivery when the driver attempts to deliver it.
The parcel will then be sent back to us automatically and, you will receive a full refund.

We thank you for your understanding,

Kind regards
Your Customer Care DCshoes"

So...how do I reject a delivery that isn't going to my right address? What if someone accepts the delivery and shoves it on eBay (likely). Clearly, their operatives have not been trained in logic or customer empathy. Once I emailed back to state the obvious I got the same email back. I'm now going to my CC provider to cancel the charge. I'm not sure this is even legal with purchasing rights (although Brexit could have altered that). I've been wearing DC stuff for 15+ years and this experience definitely means that I won't be buying their goods again.

DC - you need a chief customer officer or someone who's just even vaguely bothered with people!

Useless

Ordered a expensive snow jacket, been 2 weeks now and no delivery, they sent out wrong tracking number to me, which I emailed them about after 1 week and they acknowledged it was wrong and they had a technical error. Still no delivery a week later and no refund. I've loved DC for years, but DC Europe is useless, won't be using again.
They just ignoring all my emails for the last 3 days.

Worst SAV in the world

Worst SAV in the world. Can't be joined ever (by email or by phone). My shoes arrived with a huge scratch on it and they ask me to pay for the return which is a shame. It my my first and last order ever at DC SHOES ! Going back to Etnies and Volcom from whom I never had to face such problems.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have been trying to return an item for 2 weeks. Support keep saying they have lost my email, so i write it out for them, again, the whole situation, been written 3 times now and still they either don't reply or they ask me write it again. Disgusting service.

This is mostly depressing as I have always liked this brand, until now. No more trade from me.

Don't waste your time!

I ordered a pair of shoes in February (so no Christmas mess or Black Friday), 2 days later a got a refund I've never asked without any comment. I wrote to the official mail address, got a mailer daemon. Excellent.

I guess - based on the other ratings - the site is useless, they don't show if something is out of stock. Too bad, this was my first and last order from them.

Poor service

Big impressive brand with one of the poorest customer service in Europe - simple questions about products which they don't even know and others answered by "we will get in touch" and they never answer.
At least in Europe, a really big disappointment of one of my favorite brands.

My free advice is to be sure of what exactly you want from their store and hopefully they have in stock, or else you'll be literally doomed.
