Quality and Customer service is terrible
I brought some DC shoes that look great but after 3 months of VERY light use they were falling to bits.
I emailed customer service and it took over a month to get a reply. When they finally did reply they blamed it on wear and tear and not the quality. Even after sending photos to show how good a condition the rest of the shoe was in (to show they hadn't been miss used and obviously lightly used) they still wanted to take no responsibility and blamed me.
Company wont send refund back
Returned item recorded delivery, confirmed they have received the shoes back but they have not refunded the payment. Every email sent is ignored. I am owed £90 by this company and have been waiting 2 months already. Disgusting company.

Had such an uncaring - unbothered, monotonous, lacklustre reply from any company EVER - Towards someone who wanted to be a return customer and was asking them where to get one of their items.
Suffice to say I will buy my items elsewhere as you obviously do not have any appreciation or respect for my continuing custom - So I will take it elsewhere! If this is how you treat all your customers - I guess your company will be going down the pan, a bit like your customer service obviously already has!

Be careful ording online dc shoes. They have so many scam websites out there. I was victim to this and dcshoes still.never replied to my emails about it. Poor company. No wonder it's going out of business in Canada.
There is zero customer service
There is zero customer service. Royal mail lost the shoes, royal mail said I had to contact the supplier. Contacting DC Shoes is impossible. All I get are automated emails which are useless. When I call the customer service help line I am calling a Swedish number which puts me on hold and then cuts off. Hopeless. This matter is still ongoing.

DC after over 20 years of wearing and buying only DC shoes I'm giving up on you. In past I love your shoes, comfortable indestructible something you advertise everyone but now ... your shoes is a disaster. Still got three pairs of DC shoes now , one of them cracked on bottom on both shoes, other pair from new design and made out of recycling stuff are so uncomfortable it is painful wearing them. From quality you went to quantity. I'm saying goodbye to you... never again.

They sent me the totally wrong item and after two weeks of trying and talking with there automated wall designed purely to stop people communicating with them I managed to get a return agreed however EVRI have lost this and again I have been fighting to get there error sorted.
This has now been. Going on for two months without much contact from there side.
Still can't see a resolution coming any time soon.

Terrible company in the UK an absolute shambles. Parcels shipped from Belgium might as well be from the moon the time it takes.
Customer service non existent, if you have a problem with your order forget about getting any help.
The contact sheet on their website just generates an automated response. An actual person does not respond so your issue never gets resolved.
Found a phone number and have tried it 8 times didn't get through once. Puts you in a queue and then cuts you off after 15 minutes of waiting.
I have to escalate to my bank as they have taken money from my account and not refunded the money after I returned the item using their returns process and carrier.
Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a pair of shoes for my child and almost immediately decided I needed a larger size, I contacted customer service before the shoes had shipped and was told that it is impossible for them to change the order at all and that they would have to ship the shoe sand I would have to return them to get a different size! Did I mention that the order hadn't shipped yet! I have been wearing DC shoes for 30ish years and wanted to get my children into the brand as well but after this appalling customer service and treatment, I will never buy a DC product again!

Wish I’d came on here before ordering. Shorts ordered and then returned to sender for no reason. No customer service just automated responses. Hoodie I ordered has been at customs in Holland for over a week. Tracking doesn’t work at all unless you copy and paste tracking into the dpd website. Avoid at all costs. Luckily I used my credit card and will be claiming all my money back
Never received my order
Never received my order, then an email arrives to say my order has been returned and refunded. To top it off the refund I received wasn't for the full amount as they had deducted the postage! Likely a scam making money off postage costs. Not sure what's going on, I thought DC was reputable but I won't be buying with them again.

Can’t track my very delayed order and no customer service at all
I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago, with expected delivery within 3-5 days. I quickly received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number - which does NOT exist! After two weeks and repeated requests to dc shoes contact form, I still have not heard anything, my shoes have not been delivered and the shipment don’t exist when I try to track my order.
I'm very curious to see if they show up at all and if I'll ever get a response.
Really poor customer service, or lack thereof. I would never recommend buying directly from them. If you are going to buy something from DC shoes, choose a whole sale shop that you trust.

Great product but that's it customer service is awful u aren't able to reach to actual person everything is authentic response from the system, refunds are so slow that best option raising dispute with your bank, not buying again from them....

I bought so many DC shoes in the past. DC shoes had offers for shorts so I decided to purchase a few pairs online. My order arrived later than expected with no updates however importantly the quality was far suboptimal. I took note that perhaps the product photos were edited. I requested for return and accepted the fact that I needed to pay the return fee BUT customers should be aware that DC shoes will devalue your product immediate for returns. E.g. your total order costs you 91.78 GBP. For returns, the reimbursement is calculated at 86.78 GBP, and in addition you pay extra for returns posting, I paid 5GBP through DC shoes preferred supplier. I contacted DC shoes customer services twice already but they still have not answered my question and only responded that the cost is due to the shipping fee, where my question specifically was why is my returns devalued, I haven't even worn and the labels have not been removed! I used to love DC shoes but looking at other reviews, I am glad it's not just me. Never again.

DC shoe company sells extremely narrow shoes and doesn't include this relevant information in the description. They don't refund shipping and they also keep $10 of your payment if you don't want store credit.
Overpriced and super uncomfortable
Overpriced and super uncomfortable. Shoes don't breathe at all so your feet get hot, sweaty and eventually smelly. Quality is abysmal now. I bought UnderArmour instead and they are lighter, way way more comfy and your feet don't get hot and they last a long time. Step up your game or you're going out.

Ordered Snowboard boots from here, were supposed to arrive by the end of the week for me to take on holiday 5 days later. They arrived after my holiday!?
Customer care basically said sorry we didnt have them in the UK and had to get them sent over but only once I asked them why the order tracker still said "Order preparing".
Had to rent while I was away. At least they didnt charge me to send them back.
