I ordered a pair of discounted snowboard boots on 5 March preparing for the next snow season and received the product on 25 March by DPD, so it is a genuine website and just takes slightly longer to receive the parcel from Europe to the UK. I got an email on 11 March stated the parcel was shipped with DPD tracking number, but the DPD site showed no information until a week later. That worried me a bit. I didn't contact the customer service for the whole time. There is also an adhesive return label in the parcel for returning the product if I would change my mind later. I will order again if I need something from DC Shoes.

Avoid this company at all costs. Bought shoes online, has now been a month and nothing received other than a confirmation of shipping - including a DPD tracking number that DPD do not recognise. Have contacted DC shoes customer services, but just for an automated response blaming Brexit. I’m left out of pocket with no shoes and now need to take formal channels to pursue a refund.

Had I even slightly researched the reviews about this website I would absolutely NEVER have purchased my shoes from there and I absolutely never would have paid extra for rush shipping. Paid $15 extra for two day air and it has been almost a WEEK and they have not even processed my order yet, or sent a single follow up email. I’m starting to think this might actually be a scam website. It’s embarrassing and insulting that such a large company is able to operate in such a defunct fashion. Buy these shoes at your local skate shop or really anywhere other than DCshoes.com.

Honestly your service & customer team is shocking. All your recent low reviews are a testimonial for how bad your business has really become.
Not only did my item take weeks to arrive but then when i returned it this also turned into a living nightmare. I have called your office 21 times to chat with an advisor and everytime the phone is answered someone cuts me off before speaking!!! I have also sent 10 emails chasing my refund & not one response to date that isn't your generic response message.
I have spent hours of my time chasing you around calling early morning, late evening zero response! My item was returned via signed for delivery, so I know you have it in your warehouse.

I usually buy DC's products in stores, but like everyone else had to turn to online shopping. I was ecstatic I was able to find all 3 pairs I was searching for in the correct sizes and colors for my family. I opted for the next day delivery (keeping in mind the processing times) and I received my package via UPS 3 days after ordering. I'm so pleased with my experience, I was highly concerned after reading these reviews post-purchase.

Absolutely horrendous. Complete shower of incompetent fools. Have sent about 10 emails to customer service and they replied twice with a generic vague email. They didnt answer any of my questions and generally left me feeling like they couldnt give a sh&t about me. They knew full well they had an issue at the start of January but chose not to communicate that to customers. If they had sent comms explaining the reason and giving some idea of when the goods would arrive I wouldve been ok with that. But no lets stick the head in the sand. What a crowd of muppets. They wouldn't reply to me for weeks but had no problem bombarding me with special offer emails nearly every 2nd day in Jan,. and then had the cheek to send me survey email asking am i happy with my non existent goods. DC Shoes. F&&K You! Cos that's effectively what you did to me

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced, they must be massively understaffed, because you’ll be ignored for weeks, automated responses everywhere, zero information or communication.
Extremely disappointing, considering the DC USA customer service is really good.
Avoid dc Europe at all costs.

There is hope...my order from the 8th January has finally arrived. Clearly a huge delay in shipment issues (not the 3-5days showing on the website). They are also blaming BREXIT delays and DPD, however DPD show nothing on their website. I am happy with the item but I would only advise to purchase if you are prepared to be patient

Yes the reviews below are bad, I'm not convinced DC is fully responsible for the delays! They have a big sale on you have to expect delays if there is high volume of orders, also Brexit also covid. I placed an order early jan my item was shipped and i was given the “fake” tracking number for DPD i dont believe they are fake i think they do ship the items when they say but the tracking cant be followed until its reaches the UK. Its a DPD tracking fault not DC problem, so yes you will probably have a long wait but you will get your goods. Its not a scam and the shipping numbers are not fake this is a reputable company that has been operating for a very long time! Patience is a virtue :)
DCShoes - reporting to Trading Standards, please avoid this company
I have shopped with DCShoes many times and they have been a good company. However, a recent purchase I made has shown them to be in utter disarray. The product did not arrive and when I asked where it is, I received 2 automated emails both with different dates (which by the time the emails arrived had actually passed).
There is no sign of the product and I have requested a refund via PayPal. Fortunately this is going through. I would ask people NOT to buy from DCShoes, they are experiencing significant order problems due to COVID and BREXIT (or so they claim). As a result save yourself time, money and worry, by NOT using the company for the time being. If I'd known I'd have waited to buy from them for another year.
The company is owned by LANAI Ltd, who are based in London. I have written to their head office for an explanation as to what is happening.
Basically, avoid, but if you are a UK customer check with Citizens Advice to see how you can get your money back. Also contact LANAI Ltd

They are not what you think they are. They told me my items has shipped..They gave me a fake DPD tracking number... DPD say that tracking number does not exist.. They Blame Brexit and EU changing rules. It appears that they use it as an excuse. If it was so, why not update their website to inform people before ordering ..I cancelled my bankcard.. It appears like they are scammers...Be warned

Exactly the same experience as the reviews before mine. Ordered a pair of boots on 30 December. Received an email to say they'd been dispatched with a tracking number that didn't exist. Several days after the estimated dispatch date, I received an automated email to tell me my delivery had been delayed due to Brexit. I then contacted the company by email and have received no response or explanation.
It's bad enough that DC does not have the integrity to be honest with its customers before they order about potential delays, but for its "Customer Service" department to not even acknowledge or respond to its customers is unforgivable.
Brexit and COVID are not an excuse, many other companies I use are still able to dispatch and deliver items on time.
