Outstanding Help from Amu Boateng
I recently visited the DCU Lowell branch and had a great experience. A representative named Amu Boateng helped me with my personal loan, and she was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend the DCU Lowell branch because of the outstanding service she provided
