Don’t do it!!! There is no parcel, there’s no refund and there’s no way to contact them as they will ignore you… I don’t even think they are even a real business. Just lost $200

Ordered several outfits and items for myself and partner. After 2 weeks and no contact or update I sent emails asking. 3 weeks and still no responce. Ended up forcing a charge back through my bank. I'm not sure if the companies closed and left it up. Or just a complete scam.

My friend ordered some trousers from this shop at the start of June and he still hasn’t received them. We have both tried to contact them on various platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook) but have not got any replies from anywhere. Clearly he is not going to receive his package, so the company needs to refund him, but we can’t get a hold of anyone to even ask for it. I advise everyone stay away from this company and never order from them because they’ll take your money and never give it back.

Ordered on 26th June and never turned up. Tried contacting and no response, website was down for ages. Basically stole my money. Luckily I spoke to my bank who has refunded me. Please avoid!

Inspired by the Barbie Movie, I purchased their Barbie Head Earrings in the color peach. I chose this site bc of the good price listed. Since it was super cheap, I expected crappy quality or a scam. Needless to say, it was not! I received the earrings well before the eight week mark (>6 iirc) and it looks exactly like the picture. It's good quality & construction too. And I got a free gift of extra jewelry as well! Everything was gorgeous and came relatively quickly considering it came from overseas (am in Canada). Will order from here again!

Awful site. Virtually no customer service. Three products ordered, two shipped in two separate packages a month later, almost 2 months on and the third has not shipped. Email attempts to cancel the order went unanswered. I do not recommend this site.

*update* zero communication from the company, instead had a random refund for one of the orders. Shockingly bad customer service.

Still waiting for items ordered 7 weeks ago. No shipping info, no tracking number. Last contact with the Company was last week when they were out of the office for a public holiday. They replied that day to say they'd update me and I have just had to chase them again. I've lost all hope and faith and will probably avoid this brand in future.

There are competitors on etsy that are much more efficient...

I ordered everything on January 30th maybe earlier. Everything STILL has NOT been shipped. At this point I’d rather a freaking refund

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDERS, AND WHEN I EMAILED I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE, I REALLY WANTED MY CUTE ITEMS AND STILL DO!

I received the onesie surprisingly quickly, but that's all the good that I can say. I just barely wore it (maybe an hour), before I noticed the zipper was already coming loose. Then, the zipper for one of the feet came apart and hasn't stayed together since. I contacted the only email address I could find, and and still waiting for a response. Even reached out on Facebook and their chat for support and have gotten nothing back. I'm never shopping from this company again.

Shipping was way too long.Took over a month.

Took a long time to get delivered, very difficult to track shipping. Quality was mediocre, not a good value for money.

So customer service ULTRA sketchy. No tracking order for like 2 months then it gave me a tracking order outa china. It took 3 months to arrive. The tracking still says its at the warehouse even tho my package arrived. $450 gaming chair that is alot less heavy duty than a razor gaming chair for the same price. At least it looks like the picture cuz I wasnt sure it would. My wife is happy with her chair tho.

As the title states, I never received my order. I placed my order on November 8th, 2023 then on December 8th, 2023 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, along with a FedEx tracking number. This tracking number was for a package that was delivered on August 9th, 2023, three months BEFORE I had even ordered anything. I reached out to customer service who said that Fedex must have given them the wrong tracking number and that they would reach out to them. That was on December 9, 2023 and as of today (January 9th, 2024) I still have not received my item nor have I received further communication from customer service despite reaching out to them 2 more times. This company is a scam.
