Chinese company acting as an American company. I ordered something two weeks ago, and asked for tracking a week ago and no replies. I can see that there is now tracking and it has not been dispatched, 14 days after purchasing (I am in the UK fyi). Expected arrival will be 5 weeks after the purchase date. If I'd known it was just a chinese company, I'd have bought from aliexpress for a cheaper price!

Dishonest. No dress delivered, promised refund also never appeared, four months later. I said I would initiate a cashback request from my bank and they replied that they would deliberately delay their response to that request (apparently they have 120 days) and respond on day 120 to make sure my refund was delayed even further. Spiteful dishonest and rude. Avoid at all costs! They have also blocked my email address! EDIT TO ADD FOLLOWING THEIR RESPONSE The refund had NOT been issued, and the precise wording in their email to me was "we will have 120 days to respond in which we will ensure we respond on the 120th day which will delay your refund even further". This appears to me to be a clear threat that they will delay my refund as long as they possibly can. Draw your own conclusions. And of course I can't email them further with queries since they have blocked my email address!

I ordered three items two months ago, my first time buying from this seller. One of them had to be re-sent because it got stuck in customs in China, two other items were sent out successfully but their tracking ID changed at some point without me knowing. When all three finally arrived to my country in Europe, my local delivery company was unable to contact me to let me know I had packages waiting, because my shipments listed the seller's contact details instead of my own (details which I had provided upon purchase). I reached out to the seller for support when I started wondering what's going on, found out the tracking ID had changed, started calling my local delivery companies to ask if they know anything about my shipments, and was finally told the packages had been sent back because no one came to pick them up. The shipments weren't as discreet as I would've hoped since my contact information was said to be the seller's email address, and the domain revealed the name of the store - I had the local delivery company spelling it out for me on the phone asking if that was my email. Customer experience with the seller was far from great; they took a long time to respond, they were not friendly, and it felt like they only cared about doing the bare minimum. Plus I was told I'll get a refund only when the shipments return to their warehouse - the items took a long time to make their way here, so they'll take at least as long to make their way back. I don't know if they're equipped with adequate sender's addresses, and if the items get forever lost in the mail, I've had to pay a full price for all of this. Needless to say I won't be buying from them ever again.

I ordered nearly $100 worth of items from this company on November 1st, 2022. I accidentally left my apartment number off the address, so the items ended up in a USPS facility several states away from where I live (except for one item which the company never even shipped. Again, I had placed the order on November 1st, and the item had not shipped by the time I contacted them in January).

I told the company about this, and they told me to contact USPS. USPS told me the items had been returned to the company's firm book in December.

I then told the company about this and received no response. I have emailed multiple times, and they have fully ghosted me.

I understand that I made a mistake by accidentally leaving my apartment number off my address. However, I still deserve a refund. As a professional business, DDLGVerse should be able to coordinate with their company’s USPS firm book so they can retrieve items that are returned to them and issue the buyer a refund.

Please look elsewhere for your CGL items.

When I received the package the first thing I did was open it up and take the purse out of the plastic packaging. The handle to the purse came unattached and the minute I tried to attach it to the apps on the side of the purse the clasps broke off, they look like cheap plastic. My nearest USPS is over 40 miles away to return the item, very displeased but not worth it to return it when I waited over 2 weeks for delivery.

DO NOT buy from here unless you're okay with receiving NO updates regarding your order and then being labelled as fraud if you do ask the customer service about it. They were extremely disrespectful and rude and cancelled my order just because I just wanted to know when it was dispatched since it had already been a week.

Edit: I wasn't informed about my order having discrepancies. I only emailed 7 times to know why I have been labelled a fraud all of a sudden, as this claim was outrageous. I have no wish to email you any further because you haven't given any logical explaination to your claim yet. I just want an apology if you do happen to realise how unprofessional this is.
