It's a bit ridiculous to send an overpriced watch with the least reliable curier, the national post. I'm even reviewing without having recieved the watch yet after 20days(whithin Europe).

High quality clock, no ticking sound, great design. Long delivery time compared to Amazon and Bol.com

The watch worked fine for 2-3 days, then stopped. When I noticed, I tried to adjust the time, and the watch started working again - for 1 hour.
I don't think it's acceptable that a battery on a new purchase stops in 2 days - if that's what the problem is.
The watch is now with a jeweller for investigation/battery replacement.

Horrible delivery service, took 2 1/2 wk, had to pick up the parcel in person from the local post office and top of this had to pay additional taxes (in addition to the VAT already paid when purchased). Totally misleading information at the online store (Braun Clocks - DE, de.braun-clocks.com). Purchased in EUR and delivery within EU.

I give it an absolutely negative review. I live in Italy and ordered a bedside alarm clock on November 15, 2025, at 5:34 PM. As of today (December 4, 2025), the alarm clock has not arrived. I advise the company to change shipping methods. Giovanni

35years ago I bought a clock from Braun and it had a great feature, voice-controlled snooze.

So when the alarm goes off, I can just say, stop, not now, shut up, or what pleases me, and then the clock snoozes for 3 minutes.

After 35years the clock is worn out and needs to be replaced, so I asked Braun customer service what 2025 models feature the voice-controlled snooze feature.

The answer was – non.

Wauw – that’s shocking.

So over the last 35years Braun Clocks has not developed but the 2025 models actually feature less technology than the 1990 models did.

My 1990 Braun clock actually deserves 5 stars but now I’m reviewing the 2025 models, so through time the 5 stars has deteriorated to 1, which should be interesting for the CEO at Braun development to know.

I haven’t received the product it’s about two weeks, seems my item came from UK, outside EU whereas I felt it was coming from DE/germany

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Braun Clocks. Shipping was impressively fast, and their email support was kind and helpful. I received my watch (BN0281) as advertised, and the product itself was beautiful, reminiscent of Dieter Rams' design. However, one of my orders arrived with an opened box and damaged material inside, though the watch was fine. Braun's support team offered a prompt resolution with a partial refund or replacement. Additionally, the packaging could use some improvement, and the radio clock instructions were confusing. EU customers should be aware of duties, which aren't clearly stated during purchase. Overall, a decent experience but with room for improvement.

Terrible costumer service. Totally didn’t understand my side and frustration. I lost 15 euros on shipping because of an error that was not mine.

I had a great experience with Braun and would recommend to anyone looking for watches or clocks!

Changing of battery costs a staggering 75 EUROs, as per the quotation of the sole enterprise in Germany, offering this service. Having ordered this watch on account of its beautiful design, I cancelled my order within 30 hours, only to learn it had already been handed to FedEx for shipment. I notified FedEx of my refusal to accept the delivery and received a full refund from BRAUN Clocks today, five weeks later.

VORSICHT! Bestellungen werden aus London versandt, da die Marke Braun-Clocks einer Firma Zeon Ltd., aus Hongkong, gehört. Zudem werden Uhren angeboten, für welche Batteriewechsel bis zu 75 Euro kosten! Ohne Warnung für den Ahnungslosen Käufer.

Packaging, could be improved but good for a product that is priced around 70€.

Instructions for radio clock. Very bad. Didn’t know how to program radio clock. Made me feel stupid and frustrated.

Product. Beautiful. Dieter Rams would be proud.

I have paid 10€ extra for a delivery of 5working days but I still have not received nothing.

The clock does not sync properly or at all. The clock is advertised as 'silent', but it is not, even at 7mtrs I can hear the mechanism.
