An expensive and bad buy
I have got the wall clock (Model BC14B) A nice clock, with good quality materials, and expensive in price but I did not expect such a big failure from Braun, and I say this because I have known them for 35 years. I'm talking about the brightness, not good at all.. almost can't be seen..
I don't recommend you buy it, believe me don't take any chances!

Please kindly check the batteries installed in the clock are good branded alkaline batteries as this could well be related to low power batteries.

Despite some setbacks the overall experience was good and the response swift as well as the resend! The product is also nice.

My order was sent by parcelforce…
My order was sent by parcelforce worldwide. Then GLS took over. The final courier phoned me and said he could leave my purchase at the local pickup point. I agreed to this.
When I went to pick the parcel up, I was told that it had been left there, and then the messenger had come back and removed it, and sent it back to uk. No explanation for this has been provided.
When I complained, Braun in the uk said they couldn’t do anything until the parcel arrived back at their facility. This was unacceptable to me, and they did give me a refund immediately.
But I can’t see me ordering from you again

According to the tracking status a delivery attempt was made on 22/03/24 but due to no one available to receive delivery it was returned to local parcel centre and as there was no further attempt made to receive the parcel it is now being returned to sender. Where is my watch or refund?
As noted below. I ordered a watch from your website back on 27/November. Your 1st mistake was to use ParcelForce as your shipper, who works with the USPS, in the United States. You should be using FEDEX or DHL. Your shipper claims that the watch was delivered, refused and sent for return. Delivery was not attempted at my address. I was at my home on the deliver date and no delivery was attempted. ParcelForce has provided no evidence of delivery to the correct address. I have sent several emails and you have replied that I will receive a refund when you receive the return. It has been almost 60 days since the original order. When will I receive my refund? Will it include the cost of shipping? Your shipper is at fault here. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It would be VERY important to know that the clock/watch was being shipped from England: Long delay in customs, plus cost€. Since England choose NOT to be part of the EU, please ship from a EU Country even if it adds cost to you and us, the consumers.
The clock & watch i bought are amazing, great value and honor Dieter Rams design philosophy.

Ordered a clock that doesn't work in Ireland because the radio control only works in Europe. Why was this not alerted to me when I clicked Ireland as my shipping address. In addition I had to pay to return the clock for a refund. Complete waste of time and money.
