They don’t deserve even a 1 star! Bad customer service & greedy! I bought a garden hose that they had advertised on marketplace fb, I chose their hose over others. I only used a few times until the 4th time I went to use after I turned on the water pressure slowly like previously & omg!! The water came bursting through the top material where the hard & nozzle is!! I was confused as I didn’t pull hard or anything it just flew out of my hand flying into the air & water bursting out everywhere!! I ran to turn off water immediately & try fix it but it was useless!! I spent almost 2hrs fixing it on & off still it wasn’t fixable!! Obviously this item is a gimmick!! I have bought several hundred cheaper items even from a $2 shop or department store they’ve lasted months or years more!! It’s false advertising & people haven’t complained yet but sooner or later people will find the similar problem..of course I’m not blaming the store staff or manager as they didn’t make this of course it’s from China etc but what wasn’t good was the conduct & behaviour of that woman manager. She refused to return my $25 as she kept making excuses that I was the only one who’s ever complained about the quality then she says we’re supposed to have a small garden what?? Hahaha I don’t have a garden!! I have a 4 small pot plants outside as I’m new to my property plus no time to do all of that! I told her it wasn’t good practice as I had shown my purchase date I conversed with them back n forth on messenger where their address was etc. I showed & reminded her my proof i was coming to buy item but still she refused to be considerate despite i only had used it 4x since i bought it’s not very long still good condition except the water will leak again guaranteed. She kept giving excuses & refused to see how sad it was not very long so because of that I’m leaving a bad customer feedback my mum almost bought one as she like the lightweight of it but it’s a useless product. Along with the bad customer service I will tell all my friends & family don’t ever buy this product plus don’t buy anything else from this store!! 👎🏽

Ordered what i thought was a used leather phone case from Deal Bazaar and they shipped a Silicone case in poor condition, faulty around the screen so doesn't protect the phone from damage if dropped, basically useless cover. At first they offered a partial credit, but after realising the cover was useless I asked for a refund and they said they would send a shipping label to return the item. 6 weeks later and no refund received, no return label, despite multiple emails sent asking for an update. AVOID them at all costs.

Everything came as it should and worked perfectly. Also, a lovely chap followed up with a phone call at a later date to check that all was well. Highly recommended

The all the parts of the item I purchased were 'present and correct' and in perfect condition. It did look like the box had been opened previously, but that was to be expected :-)
At the time of buying from Deal Bazaar, I couldn't find any reviews online; I still took a chance and it paid off. I'm happy to add this positive review, to let prospective customers know that all went very well.
