Never received my order of 32.75 and it looks like they have gone out of business. Ordered it on June 12 and now its sept 15.

I’m in the same boat with everyone else! Ordered June 26, 2019 and it’s October 15th and still no information when I will get my order. The last email said I was “in line” to receive information and don’t email again or I would go to the back of “the line”. This company should be prosecuted!

I ordered the first of July and have not received my package. Have tried to track it but not trackable.
Seems very bad when you can't find anyone to help you

Three months, half of iææthe time with promises and excuses, other half silence. So many hours of wasted time when trying to get a status of my product 👎👎

Well, same here. Been over 3 months and no cast net. I too got the small star in a package. They are a complete scam. I have asked for my money back with no response. I will go through the process, whatever that is to get my Money back and do my best to everyone know they are a scam.

It's been 3 months and I have not received my order. They stopped communicating several weeks ago. It shipped from Laos supposedly.

Total SCAM ... I saw an 8' Casting Net (Magic Fishing Net) on Facebook and placed my order on June 11th ... finally on July 5th I get an email stating that the item has been shipped. On JULY 29th I receive a very small, thin, plastic package from the Philippines, with the confirmed shipping number on it. Inside was a 1/4" wide Star charm!! In reading the reviews, it looks like somebody else got the Same Thing! Dealhaven sent me through a couple ghost chases and then Stopped Communicating. This is why I use PayPal for my online purchases ... I sent in my complaint and 10 days later (per their guidelines in order for the other party to respond... which they didn't) today, September 7th, I get an email stating they are refunding me my money. Thank goodness for PayPal!! Dealhaven ... well, I believe in Karma!

So I placed an order for a kitty litter scoop on May 19, 2019 for $23. I waited and waited and emailed and got a response that it was in process, so I waited. Got a shipping notification end of June with tracking, but couldn’t do much tracking. As of July 10, 2019, no more tracking info available. On August 29, 2019, I got a new tracking number, but nothing was any different or updated. I like to be optimistic, so I kept looking for the package. Well, it arrived today!!!! If I had been told it was a three and a half month wait, I would not have ordered it. Will I order from them again? No. Is it a scam? I would say no, but you probably should be prepared to wait up to four months for the product. Be patient people who ordered in June! You may still get your order in a month!

These guys are a complete con.
I had a back injury and ordered a back cushion in June. More than a month passed and I heard nothing, so I opened a paypal claim. Only then did they send an email saying they had a server outage and they were fulfilling all customer orders. Weeks went by and onl6 a tracking number in Chinese characters was sent, from China. I eventually received a small, empty envelope in the post covered in Chinese writing. They sent a registered envelope so they could provide Paypal with tracking details. This was an Instagram ad which mostly seem to be items despatched from China despite never mentioning China. It is a total and malicious con site.

The DealHaven is a scam website do not make any purchase on this website. It is not going to deliver your order. If they do then the product will not be appropriate. Do shop online only with known websites.

I ordered from Deal Haven back in June. Tracked package for a month. I thought I was ordering a cast net, what I received was not. And there's no way it was worth 26 Hard Earned Dollars! Sent a message to support only to be lied to again. Wish I would have researched the company before ordering. IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY AIN'T!

These people need to spend some time in prison! They just walked away with million of dollars from hard working consumers. They should be called Deal Scammin not Deal Haven!

I feel so stupid. A total scam (25$) and nobody to talk to. Not even a website. I hope they get to use the money they stole from me to buy cigarettes at the jail canteen, or for (fake) medications from a terrible skin disease.

I ordered a product from this company at the end of May. I still haven't received the product and when I tried to contact the company I got a lot of excuses along with the promise that it was on its way. Like many of the other reviewers with a similar experience, I feel like I've been taken. DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be ripped off...

I ordered something on may 24. Tracking said. It arrived in US on july 11. Everytime I have contacted them they have an excuse as to why I havent gotten it. The last time I texted them about it I didnt get a response. It is a ripoff place. I am sure I will never see it and they have my money. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY AGAIN.

Yet they still have staff to respond to emails. I've been trying to get response from them for the last two months, then gave them an ultimatum of a week to provide a satisfactory response to my request and purchase. On the final day of my request, I got an email saying my order was cancelled and the money would be refunded to my PayPal account. Twice PayPal attempted to collect the refund, twice the refund did not go through. Maybe they really did get screwed by the Chinese supplier. Maybe its a load of crap. Maybe its a sob story and the hope is you as a customer feel back for them.
