- We have received your order on Friday the 9th July around 10.00 am
- As per our promise next working day dispatch we have dispatched your order on Monday.
- You sent us an e-mail on Monday at 5.39 pm asking about the status of the order. Our excellent customer service team have responded within 5 mins from the receipt of the e mail.
- We also have sent your order tracking details at 6.00 pm on Monday the 12th July
- Your order has been delivered 12 noon on Tuesday the 13th July
All this have happened amidst Melbourne lockdown.
Looks like you have counted weekends as working days, but we have delivered your product within 2 working days from the order placement. This should actually have been rated excellent service.
We thank our efficient team and logistics partners for the hard work and excellent service they have provided during Melbourne covid lockdown.

Fake items
They also flag your comment as he doesent like th truth. am not sure how they have any good reviews. Their products are inferior cheap Chinese rejects. The % off is fake. They try telling you something was once $1000 and is now $400 but when you recieve the item it looks like it's only work $100. Be weary of companies that placevridiculous return conditions ... it's a dead give away they will send a bad product and you can't return it or you will be out of pocket!!! There was no change of mind but an inferior product. You never tried to help me but rather wanted me to send back the couch at my cost which would be more than I paid for the couch on top of you keeping a large % of the original amount (claiming it's for repackaging). In the end it was going to cost more than the original $$$

Tried to buy a TV.. paid for for it then they sent me a email at midnight telling me I was fraudulent.. I got an email saying I've been refunded but no signs of an money. At the moment very suspicious
Ok here his my response. I rang my bank my card hasn't been cancelled no refund has taken place and when I email them no response no answering of the phone nothing. This a fraudulent website beware they will just steal your money

When we received this order it was identified as a fraud by our payment portal. We then tried to contact the customer to clarify but the contact number provided was not working. We then e mailed the customer as a curtesy and refunded the order on the day it was received. Refunds usually take 2-3 days to appear in the bank account. We have the confirmation that the refund has been processed. Our record also suggests that our team contacted the customer later to ensure the refund was received. It is important customers ensure their accounts are kept clean to avoid incorrect detection as fraudulent.
