I want to no who gave them permission…

I want to no who gave them permission to take out of my bank account £24-99 a month they've taken out up to press I ordered one pair of iPods for my son I paid the money n they took months to arrive n in the meantime there taking money out of my account which is more than the iPods cost I didn't subscribe to them so I don't know how to get in touch with them

I would rate this company "0" if…

I would rate this company "0" if possible. They are a scam. My transaction was 50% off Sam' club membership, they debited my account before the transaction was completed. A "so called" promotion code was provided that was to be cut & pasted on next page but advancing to next page was not possible. I attempted to resolve thru their "support" but to no avail-total scam!!!

I placed an order for iphone battery…

I placed an order for iphone battery cover and within less than 24hrs i tried to cancel it before it was shipped. They refused to cancel it saying its under process to get shipped!! I checked the order status and it was showing order received.

Their customer service has no phone number and you can only contact them through email!! So don't waste your money like I did!!

Sent open box, worthless cust service

I ordered earbuds as a gift at a great price. They arrived open box despite the listing being for a brand new product. I didn't want to give a used product as a gift, so I tried to return the earbuds but they wanted to keep $15 of the refund for shipping, even though the reason for return was their fault. Gdgt customer service doesn't have a phone number (red flag), so I emailed explaining the issue, and, three emails in a row, I was asked for additional information about the problem. What more information could they possibly want aside from the earbuds I received were open box? After their last email asking for additional information, I wasn't able to reply for two days, and I received an email telling me they "closed the ticket". Shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Do not use - stole money

Used a coupon that was applied according to the website however my credit card was charged the original amount - double the cost. Customer service stated I was past the 30 day return window even though I purchased it that day and did not claim any codes. I have not received any further responses even after new tickets.

THE MOST OBTUSE AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a microprocessor course mistakenly believing hardware was included in the course.

I sent four or five emails asking if hardware was included and asked for a refund it there was no hardware (they valued the course at a hyperinflated value of over $1200).

They *never* answered my question about hardware and keep insisting that I am not eligible for a refund because I redeemed my coupon or code for the course. Which I have not done.

Stay away from this website!

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience. Bad customer service, dishonest and unhelpful. After 2 months of communication, my issue persists. What’s the issue? I was sent the wrong item and asked how to return it.

I ordered an item advertised in English, but for some reason received a Turkish version. Immediately contacted customer service, which is operated by stackcommerce. For 2 months they refused to answer my simple question — how to return this item for refund. They kept making excuses that they have to speak to the seller and can’t get hold of them. Then, 1.5 months in, sent me a link to return, but it was invalid, because they made me wait over a month. Then, 2 months in, they told me to email an affiliate company and closed my ticket. I’m still stuck with the item (and no refund for THEIR mistake)

Stay away from this website. Not worth it.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Took weeks to get mailing label to return item; was told return shipping was $38.00 and the item was only $22. Assumed they had mistyped but could NEVER get confirmation. And have never received a credit.
They dont have contact info on their website; no one to call. Should have been a clue. And yeah it's only $22 but that isn't the point.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Customer Service is awful. I am unable to create a label to return my items. I have reached out to customer service and I get the run around. It is like they are actively trying to get me to miss my return window! Plus they charge you $2.99 for the original shipping and then $10 for the return shipping AND if you bought more then one item you have to return the separately and pay for both shipping returns.

These guys sell scams

These guys sell scams. I got scammed by them as did a few hundred other people and they did nothing. I purchased a few things from them over the years but never again. They cannot be trusted. If you are reading this you should Google Degoo Bot and see the scam they have been selling. Their customer service reps know the issue and still sell the scam and are ignoring all of their customers they have helped scam as they value money over customers.

Don’t buy anything from this site

Don’t buy anything from this site. I ordered a UV phone charger and had to wait 2 months for delivery. It was a piece of junk and didn’t work was dead on arrival. The company wont refund my money. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

GDGT Deals is fraudulent. They sold me defective merchandise and refused to refund my money. When I returned it asking for a refund, they refused. Now they have my money and the merchandise. They will not communicate.

Horrible experience - operates like a scam

This company's customer service is horrible and product descriptions are incomplete -- this is nothing better than a scam. I purchased a license from one of their vendors but there were no limitations to the use of the license listed on the purchasing page. Once I redeemed the license, there were all of these limitations that weren't listed on the sales sheet when I bought. Classic bait and switch. I provided substantial proof of the marketing misrepresentation and the customer service didn't know what to do -- they instead regurgitated whatever the vendor replied with (which they didn't read my complaint so their "response" doesn't make sense). I keep on asking for a follow-up and getting no reply. Total scam.

Very bad site setup. Very little help on issues.

Very bad site setup. Good luck changing your password. If you have forgotten your password you will NEVER be able to change it because you have to enter the OLD PASSWORD to change to a new one. What the??? Then when you email them for some kind of resolution, they send you on these wild goose chases to do this then do that etc., never getting it resolved. I would NEVER,EVER recommend this outfit to anyone.
