Fake reviews because you can't write a review for their products, Fake discounts no returns most of the time. Do yourself a solid a don't buy anything from them. They don't tell you how long it takes to ship an item until you've paid for it. You might be better ordering this stuff on Wish.com, at least you can get a refund.

I ordered The Complete Arduino Starter Kit & Course Bundle. The Arduino starter kit they send is decent but, it's much smaller than the other kits for the same price and doesn't even contain the components needed to complete the course they offer. Spend the same amount on Amazon and get a larger kit AND a tutorial.

Horrible experience. Purchased 3 items WELL before christmas. 2 of the items NEVER ARRIVED. This is the absolute truth. I asked for a refund after the holidays had come & gone. Was told "because they use third party vendors to keep prices so low, all sales are final. Therefore we cant offer a refund." ??? What does that have to do with me not getting 2 things you were supposed to follow through on? I was polite, explained the situation thoroughly & have not heard back from them again. TERRIBLE customer service, dropped the ball, just cared about me filling my end of the bargain. DONT TRUST THEM!!

Total scam. Buyers beware. No refund policy. Support is no help. Pump and dump scam.

Terrible customer service! took my money over Christmas but never sent me an item and won’t even acknowledge their mistake.

The deals are pretty good from Engadget. However some of the suppliers ship directly from China. In my case, the item has not been shipped after 3 weeks from order date and the support staff doesn't offer any helpful information. Honestly do not know if the item will ever be received but at least I can cancel the credit card charge.

Cheap merchandise from China sold at a higher price. Their “learning” and classes at just resold courses from Udemy. I never received my order for ear buds and was only given store credit which is basically useless since I’ll never buy from them again.

Ordered The Complete Arduino Starter Kit & Course Bundle, Ship date was
~2 weeks out, When I get order confirmation the shipping is later, When I check again it is even later. I then send an email to cancel the order, I just get info on shipping. The next day they auto enroll me in the training without me initiating.
I ask them again to cancel my order. The next day the say my order has shipping but tracking info will be available 3-5 days . Everything seems fraudulent.

i've purchased several software courses from them and have always been quite pleased

Took my money for a purchase that never shipped. I only made the purchase in the first place because they fraudulently claimed that I could use a 10% off coupon on my first order. Of course, the coupon code wasn't rejected until the final purchase confirmation screen.

Although they mailed me an *empty package,* It took over a month of emailing for them to finally refund my money. Meanwhile, they have no qualms about sending me 6-16 emails per day advertising their shoddy products.

In addition, many of their offered products and services are highly suspect, such as their association with UberCrate, a known scammer

I have bought some smartphone camera lenses in November, as a Christmas present. The package was supposed to be shipped on the 19th of december, but it was shipped more than ONE MONTH LATER. The package, shipped from China (it was never specified) arrived TODAY. 3 MONTHS FOR A SHIPPING, THAT I PAID +20$. Also, I had to pay 15$ for CUSTOMS CHARGES.
That is absolutely incredible. I will never suggest to anyone a purchase on this website.
