Ellyse has been super helpful in arranging our group of 5 ladies to New Zealand Auckland & Rotorua . Accommodation was great & well located to the city center. We enjoyed all the tours that were included especially Hobbiton it was a standout. Our trip went very smoothly, and Ellyse continued to check in with us. We would definitely use DealsAway again

Fiona has been most helpful and courteous in organising hotel stay and cruise for two ladies cruising into their eighties. Thanks Fiona.. another thanks for the bubbly gift we will enjoy

Travel agent was helpful and nothing was to hard for her. They answered our questions when we asked, if they didn’t know the answer they would always return the call.

I booked a cruise for my parents in their 80’s and friends for the Royal Caribbean. The advertised price kept growing every time you added on. One thing that the person I booked through failed to mention that the room was booked as a guaranteed room which means they aren’t guaranteed a room together or even on the same deck. This costs extra to be put together. Also the operator failed to mention that the balcony room booked was obstructed view. I called both Deals Away and Royal Caribbean cruises but neither would take the responsibility and change the deck and room. They would but with an extra $1400 per room. I wasn’t aware of any of this until two weeks prior to departure date when we received paperwork. I wouldn’t recommend either company but if you do ask many questions. One more thing the original operator no longer works there but I will say the lady who replaced him was very polite just wished could have been more helpful.

Deals away dealt well with our concerns about payments and booking details for two very different people.
They acknowledged our concerns re paperwork for a trip that we left a week early for. Paper work arrived two days before we were due to leave. Perhaps have a standard question re departure dates may reduce that stress for future customers.
The included cruise insurance was a pleasant surprise when we checked our documents.

Fiona was my contact. I had many questions related to my Douro River Cruise and she responded quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always polite and generally detailed in her responses. At times she had to refer to her colleagues for answers ( I don’t expect everyone can be completely versed in all the deals on offer).
I did do much research myself- e.g. re space for luggage on the High Speed train and although assured no one had had any difficulty I found the carriage was overloaded with cases, blocking the passageway and my luggage was moved ( causing some concern). My advice is to sit with your luggage in view.
