Starting the trip next week ,only can't comment on that, however, I can comment on the excellent customer service received so far, every question was replied straight away. Staff very supportive and helpful, looking forward to the trip and will definitely book with deals away again. We hadn’t booked with deals away before and were a bit hesitant as the price was really reasonable. Ellyse settled our fears and answered all our questions. We have been very impressed with Ellyse , checking in at intervals to ensure we were under control. We loved receiving the 4 bottles of drink as a pre curser to the trip. Most unexpected but very much appreciated. Can’t wait to start the trip in about 1 weeks time.

We were about to book a Douro River cruise direct with a cruise company but noticed the Deals Away ads online. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with and the savings we made on our Portugal trip - Douro River cruise and Lisbon - meant that we could upgrade to a balcony cabin and also book in for another tour - the 10-day Gems of Western Turkey. All this for the original price we had planned to pay for the river cruise. We cannot fault Deals Away - they delivered!

I dealt mainly with Fiona and Jon at Deals Away. Both were very helpful and responsive to my queries. I was happy that they provided me with a price that was cheaper than booking directly with Viking for my Mediterranean cruise.

Constant communication when required and always received answers to my queries. Personal care from Ellyse either over the phone or via an email. Quick response when needed. Positive outlook.

I found Deals-away to be informative and priced well.
I personally like that you can ring & reach someone directly and not have to put in an email request to have questions answered. I spoke to Sean several times before actually booking as I wanted to explore all options available within each package.
I'm now excited to undertake this venture which is due to leave in July.

Ellyse made it easy for me to book my trip with DealsAway as I had not heard of them before. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns.
She is a true professional and is easily contactable. If I have to leave a message she will promptly return my call. I’m due to start my trip in Portugal in a few days . I received all my paperwork including vouchers in a timely manner.

Communication with Ellyse was good. She explained the cruise and got back to us promptly with details. She and Krystal managed our booking well and made it a positive experience. Tickets and vouchers arrived by email a couple of weeks before the trip. We were a little disappointed that transfers between the elements of our trip were not included in the package and, as we had booked some months in advance, could not remember if this had been explained to us or not. All together it has been an enjoyable trip.

Was wonderful And so helpful.
She keep us in the look and was patient when changed dates and duration of trip to Melbourne.
The wine tour was sadly cancelled by vendor and she quickly reorganised something close to original.
The Melbourne tour of the markets was wonderful and informative.

Just for the service alone we won’t travel with anyone else. Jon and the team are amazing from start to finish organising you the best holiday ever. The team even reach out once your home to make sure you had a wonderful time. We will always use Jon and his team for our holidays. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great customer service
Ellysse was pleasant to communicate with as she was patient, friendly and responds with queries quickly. Going through the travel booking process was like a walk in a park. I highly recommend Ellysse as a travel agent. Will update about the experience post travel soon.
