I rarely write reviews but i feel I should warn others so they don’t go through what I went through and end up losing their money.
I ordered a set of pots from Dealsdot 2 weeks ago and my credit card was charged the following day. Been 2 weeks and still have not received my product. None of their customer service numbers work and they do not answer their emails.
They had good reviews that’s why I ordered from them. After this incident I checked back on their reviews to find many victims went through this same ordeal this past month. I think their company is going out of business therefore they’re racking up all these orders and running away with our hard earned money!!! Save yourself the headache and take your business to an honest company.

Ordered a coffee maker on Oct. 7, 2019. My debit card was charged $32.99 on that same day. Have not received my order as of 10/26. Called number listed and did not reach a person, only a recorded message telling me to leave a message. No call back. Sent two emails but did not receive an answer. Will be going to my bank and have them recover refund. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this fraudulent company. Please beware.

Avoid this website total scam. Bought something for my mom I thought was new. I received it and it had a label of used. Emailed twice over 4vdays no response. Just called. 2 rings and a voicemail with out a business name. Total scam.

i ordered a product never recieved it , i got a fedx number and fedx never recieved itevertime i try to contact them it is a different number listed . i tried email and it was never answered. i will never do business with these crooks agan.

Stay away! Bad customer service. The order was delayed for a few weeks before it was sent. They sent cheap product that is not from what I ordered.

Can’t reach customer service. Unable to track order. Frustrated and this site feels like a total scam. Guess my next step is to contact my credit card company.

This company is a joke. Paid for my order and nothing. I mean nothing. No emails answered no phone calls answered. No tracking #. This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. They stole my money. And I’m going to bash them on every site I can find. Maybe I can stop someone else from this scam

NEVER RECEIVED ORDERED MERCHANDISE 10/17/19

The Order placed was for a Superior Product , instead a "CHEAP" fill-In Product was shipped! I have attempted to Contact Dealsdot by email, and phone multiple times with "NO SUCCESS"! Only Recordings by phone, and "NO RESPONSE" By EMAIL! AN INFERIOR PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED IN PLACE OF THE ONE ORDERED! I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS AND WILL PURSUE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!

IF YOU WANT A PREMIUM PRODUCT FOR A CHEAP PRICE? DON'T BUY FROM DealsDot.Com.

I made an order of a dish ware set for $54.88 and got confirmation from deals dot that they were working on my order and I would get shipping information soon. Two days later I still don’t have a tracking number for my shipment no one answers the chat responds to my emails or responds to email. I will wait two more days and then I will contact the better business bureau and consumer fraud agencys

My credit card charged on Sept. 25, 2019. Estimated delivery date between Sept. 27 and Oct. 03. Retailer, Deals Dot LLC, failed to ship merchandise ordered and paid for. Retailer issued FEX tracking number without ever delivering package to UPS for shipping. My order number is #2319. When I contacted customer service phone number 866) 982-1522 nobody answered and an automated voice told me to leave a message. No respond on email.
I want refund to my credit card.
Be careful, I feel they are scammers. Buyer beware!

I took my last bad review down because they asked me to and said they would fix my problems that I've been having with them. Unfortunately it seems they made a bunch of false promises just to get me to take down my negative review. I hope that the company sees this review and reevaluates themselves on their customer service, and fixes it so other customers don't have to deal with this.

I was upset last week because my order never got delivered and then they randomly canceled my order and refunded it, and now I am just disappointed because I spoke to TWO managers it still seems no problems are being solved. I am done dealing with this headache of a "company" and hope they know how much time and stress this whole ordeal has caused me.

I ordered kettle on 9/23/2019. they emailed it will be delivered on 10/1, but they didn't. I emailed again and they replied it will be delivered on 10/7/2019,but they didn't. Since then, they never replied about my email regarding my order shipment request and have not received phone. They already debit money from my account and never shipped and never refund. It's kind of fraud
