My first order was refunded.I contacted them an they said they where shipping a new order.Sometime went by an I still had nothing.I contacted them again.An they told me the Vie Air fan.They where going to ship had a problem!!Well by this time I was upset an angered.I contacted them again an the CEO.Promised me a new fan with no charge.Too make me a happy customer.I have to say.He was a man of his word.Sent my a new fan After my credit card was refunded.I recieved the fan built it.An have run it.A very good product!!!It moves some air.I will order from them again..

Never received correct item from this company. Despite stating in initial phone call to them that they would send out new item and provide me with updated invoice and tracking neither have been received. Additionally, they have not been responding to multiple emails as well as site and site messages.

They seem to be good deals with good value, and you get what you expect to get. I’m very happy with DealsDot!

My second order with dealsdot they never fail to give the best deals on cookware. Delivery took 6 days to get to me, but customer service is always there these days to answer calls. carla, the customer service assistant was very nice.

Buyer beware, I ordered, got tracking number, tracking number info said label printed. I waited almost a month and status never changed for tracking. I reached out on messenger and they said no problem, sorry new on the way. I asked if I would get confirmation email they said yes, never got one so I reached out again and just feels like a scam or rip off. I am reaching out to my cred card company to dispute this. Be careful, I feel they are scammers. Buyer beware!

Placed 2 orders. When first didn't arrive messaged them and they said it would ship shortly. Received a message that order was cancelled because of mfg issues and later received a refund for the first order.

Second order showed fulfilled and shipped even thought UPS said label was created and they were waiting on items to arrive.

Contacted customer service again and they said they had my item in hand, would personally delivery to UPS on their way home and overnight. Never received item. Contacted AMEX to dispute. I hate to be lied to.

I purchased a refurbished fan from DealsDot. However, there seemed to be an issue with the item leaving the warehouse, and the fan took a full week to arrive.

However during this period I communicated with the CEO, Ammar, who was very prompt with his responses, and took responsibility to ensure the package arrived.

Once it arrived, the fan was a very good quality and functions perfectly.

Because I ordered a pack bamboo pillows but was only sent one pillow...The one I got I like...but where's the second one it's mate??

Never delivered package no customer service help. No refund issued .
