I have not received my order after 9 days and I have not received any kind of update on my order in nine days. I would not recommend this site

If I could have given negative stars I would. I purchased an item. Nearly 7 days later I hadn't received a shipping notification. I messaged the company. They responded that it would be shipped that day and I would receive it 2 days later. So, 2 days later the tracking number shows the item hadn't been shipped, only the label was created. I messaged the company again asking for tracking number. A few hours later I received a text saying money was refunded to my bank account. No explanation...

I was skeptical of the price but I went ahead and ordered a fan that was advertised as a name brand and what I received was a cheep knock off. Tried emailing and got no response. So my next step I guess will be reporting them to my credit card company and the better business bureau for fraud.

never received my order

I ordered a specific brand of food mill based on the online reviews for that brand. The product that was delivered was a different brand. I have no idea if it's better or worse, but it's not what was ordered.

My ups shipping tag was created 10 days ago and still has not been received by ups to start delivery process. When I contacted customer service phone number nobody answered and an automated voice told me to leave a message. I have not heard back about any progress being made to get me what I paid for. I consider this two major flaws.

It's a little scary when you have never bought anything online before, but you guys are awesome thanks I'm hooked for life I love it can't wait to shop for more see y'all in the future and again thanks for the great experience.

I was given a date of when delivery was to be and it never came. I was never notified that it changed. Plus you can't get through to speak to a person..

Good quality, fast shipment!

I ordered a saferest mattress protector. They sent a knockoff Victoria’s rose mattress protector. This is not what I ordered. Will b contacting PayPal to get money back.

Got one heckofa deal from them: two 9inch copper stove top pans for the price of one, delivered promptly and as promised. After placing my order, I thought of a question which they answered the next business day.

Ordered seen my package was in 48 hours it was exactly as was advertised in the word excellent service excellent product

Had this refurbished product for a week now and think it is excellent. My primary use for this as a window fan and It fits perfectly on the sill. I prefer this over the dedicated window fan contraptions because the windows can still open and close properly and this fan can be easily moved for storage or do something else.

Noise level is good, air movement is good, made mostly of steel so durability should be good too.

As far as DealsDot goes, the price was incredible.
Shipping took a week to get from West Coast to East Coast, but shipping was free so no complaints about that.

Deal dots never shipped my order. They responded to one of my two inquiries. The first one from the president of the company said my item would ship the next day. Three days after that, no shipment and they didn't even reply to my second request for information. Now, 20 days later and I need to find the item elsewhere.

WARNING!!! BEWARE!!! I placed an order with them on 8/21/2019. Their site states shipment within 1-2 business days. I have yet to receive any information regarding my order, even after repeated texts & voicemails left.

Great service and very friendly. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more as far as customer service was concerned. Will recommend to anyone.
