never got the order, so i cannot review the item...

I ordered a fan on 8/13/19 , you guys took the money but as if 8/23/19 I have not received the fan . I did get an update saying that my product ready to ship on Monday 19th but it’s still in the same state at ups . I also left messages on the phone number given , but no one called me back

I ordered the 9.5 inch square copper skillets. When the order arrived, I had 2 electric teapots. I contacted customer service and they arranged for the order to be re-shipped and told me to keep the teapots at no charge. Nice. When the skillet order actually arrived, they were flat bottom skillets. The picture showed grill pan style. Customer service credited my account back and told me to keep the skillets. I will say that customer service is very accommodating. A little effort to make sure orders are correct would be great.

I Ordered a Copper Frying Pan With Lid For 21.25. Order #1018. My Visa Acct. has been charged for it. The skillet has never been shipped. I would like to receive the skillet or refund my money. Thank You'

I ordered a fan a while ago. It still hasn't come, I was given very limited shipping information, and I know nothing about the quality of the store and where it's located. I do not feel secure about my purchase at all or if I am even ever going to get it.

Unfortunately you never tried to get in touch with me because my name is not even Marcie and I don't live in an apartment. So you must clearly have confusion with peoples information on your end because my information is all correct. At least I got a refund thought. Will never ship with this "store" ever again

I did not receive what I ordered. I was given a cheaper fan and still charged for the one that I ordered. Its impossible to get in touch with a real person horrible. Just had a stroke and lost part of my vision and this did the little money I had in.

Great service, and prices. Will be buying from them again. And I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

overall, i am pleased with my experience. when my stand fan got here, it was in perfect condition, and it looks & works better than i could have dreamed.

however, this review is 2 stars, because my order took 7-8 days longer to get here than they originally said. i felt i had to pressure them to finally get it sent.
