Item sat in freight depot for about 10 days as deals are did not give freight company my contact details. When deliveeed, item was broken. Had to involve PayPal as dealsmate would not respond to messages reading broken item (which cost over $1k). After 7 weeks since receiving item, FINALLY have some resolution. The

No customer service! I bought some wooden stools from dealsmate, which needed assembly. They were supplied with screws, one of which was way too long. After you order, they send an email saying to contact them if you find anything wrong when you receive the product. No point - so far I've been ignored! Very disappointed!!!

Turned up broken said they sent a replacement one and it has never showed up and now can’t get a reply from Fu@king anyone so not very impressed will never buy from you guys again

I ordered a set of barbells in May 2023, which arrived broken. It took them weeks to collect them when they finally did. They keep saying they’re going to refund me and they haven’t.
Don’t buy anything from them, they’re bunch of crooks.

I need a 900 mm Island Mount Range Hood. You had them advertised. Because of previous problems of being supplied a 60 unit when I ordered a 900 unit, I formally asked for your assurance that you can supply a 900 mm Island Range hood. Yes, I received confirmation that can supply a 900 mm unit. So I ordered. And when delivered was a 600 mm unit & wall mount - completely useless or me. I have spent the last 7 weeks trying to return this useless unit & while have been advised that will be picked up, the unit is still sitting in my hallway. I have previously advised the Department of Fair Trading who will be calling you next week to insist that you collect the unit & refund my money plus if I get my way some financial compensation for my hours & hours of wasted time. I would ask that your CEO gets involved quickly as this has been a debacle from your company point of view, This has gone on for over 2 months!!

Easy to assemble, some extra pieces that’s don’t belong with item tho.

The company was great to work with, however it was let down by the lack of correspondence regarding the shipment of the order. I did not know it was at my door until the doorbell rang. Communication said it had left the warehouse.

It’s a good feeling to think that actually when u buy from this company there is always someone that actually communicate with you in a very friendly and helpful way. Thank you for being thoughtful in attention. Excellent in service ❤️

Bought a kitchen sink but the dimensions advertised were wrong so I couldn't use it. I attempted return and refund but after several emails in which I was told to wait for a resolution I am now getting no reply whatsoever. I am stuck with the sink, loss of over $300 and no answer. Shameful way to do business!

The tent i purchased all the stitching came undone as soon as we put it up & we were out in the bush camping for 5 nights & had nothing to sleep in. The hammock did not come in time with the tent & only after I phoned your office to chase it up & get another one sent out to me.

The mirror I purchased was good quality and arrived intact on time
