Total scam company. Avoid like the plague!
Scam company using fake Facebook adds for items they don’t even sell! I paid £9.99 for an anti-choking device and instantly after purchase, received an email from dealsonpile.com saying I’d agreed to a premium subscription with them. How? I most definitely didnt!
I also, surprise surprise, never received the item and they’ve subsequently taken an additional £24.99 out of my account to boot. For what? Their helpline is ‘unhelpful’…just a bot who tells you you’ve agreed to a subscription and it’s all legit on their behalf. They won’t refund. Have reported to my bank’s fraud department. Avoid like the plague! This company is a total scam and robbing decent people left, right and centre’
This company is using a fake account on Facebook
Dealsonpile has created a fake account and used other legitimit companies showing as sponsors and another that does not even exist. They advertised a hair mask. When you click the buy now button the item is placed in your basket. When making your pament it redirects you and there is a notification saying that your payment will show as dealsonpile.com. you automatically end up paying for a subscription service and i never came across any terms of services through a simple payment method. When I contacted them they said I had signed up to their subscription service and that they dont sell the product in question. I had not even visited their official site but had now payed and signed up to a three day trial subscription service and they would not give a refund as their "system " had taken the money. They are fraudsters and scammers conning people out of their money through illegitimate links using fake accounts.

Do not order ..you are subscribing
I would give - no stars..total Rip off
You think your ordering an item and your subscribing to something you've never heard of..I don't know how they can get away with it ..please please do not order
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.
As soon as you order even though no where on the order process does it say you are subscribing or joining a membership but that's exactly what that order does. You will probably never get any item ordered from them. If it's too good to be true it is. All this company wants is your bank/credit card details. They got £6.99 for a computer tray ordered off Facebook but another company name gets involved too with all the same address & telephone number called Techiemove com. They took £3.00 subscription that was not signed up for. From other reviewers they then start taking £24.99 every 2 weeks for absolutely nothing. My partner may have lost £9.99 but I wasn't prepared for them to get anymore. Even though I was able to cancel subscription & membership on the email they sent, I didn't trust that, I sent back up emails too where they said they wouldn't take anymore monies but I still didn't trust that so I have cancelled my partner's card to stop any further monies going to untrustworthy people who seem to believe they have some sort of given right to take yours & my hard earned money. Once bitten twice shy. Ebay & Amazon you will get your money back from these other companies you have the chance of getting stung, & stung badly especially if you don't check your statements, be very very careful. I will be getting the £9.99 back through Tesco, but have to wait 30 days in case the tray turns up, don't make me laugh!!
Do not order from these that are a scam…
Do not order from these that are a scam I orders a laptop table paid for it then the bank called me to say they are scammers I emaild them and they have said that they don't advertise on social media but that's where I got them from and that I signed up for a subscription and paid for it I have emaild them back to say I'm taking it further they need shutting down
Complete scam I wish I had read these…
Complete scam I wish I had read these reviews..I paid £6 for an item for my grandson only to be told like others on here it was a 3 day trail sign up. I cancelled the trail and they took £24.99 from my bank.
I have emailed for a refund but having read the comments on here it doesn't sound like I will get it back.
I will contact my bank and have them stopped from there.
There was no mention of a trail period or joining fee for anything on THE FB post.
Absolutely disgusting.
