I too was scammed I did order. Then they turn around and sent me the same stuff twice and took money from my account twice. I have emailed them for 6 months. They will not answer me

Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded for this nasty cheaply made jacket. Make sure you use a money source you can go to because Deals-o-saur aka My 3D-Hoodie is a fake/fraud/scam. Buyer beware. Or just roll past it. Jackets are cute but that’s all they are, if you even get it.

This is a total scam!! I ordered a Minnie Mouse sweatshirt from my 3D and have not received it, but the company dealsoar charge my card $48.94. I have not received the item and sent plenty of emails. Do not trust this company. A huge SCAM.

Ordered item in January. Never received it. Have sent several emails over the months asking for concrete action. Nothing apart from the standard response or totally ignoring pleas for action.
Avoid this bunch.

This company is number one fraud I lost money ,since i bought items and they never delivered, Ever time you sent a mail they have a standard reply , that due to covid your shipment will be delayed. My advice is dont ever deal with these people

I ordered the mini chain saw, and a high pressure washer. Charges made to my card but no merchandise. I tried contacting them a number of times but no response.

Ordered a chain saw trimmer on 12-31-20, and all i received was a replacement chain, the the customer service insists that i was sent the complete order. here is their response: "We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have reviewed the databased of your order and would like to confirm that we have sent the correct item with a variant of Rechargeable Mini Wood Cutting lithium chainsaw with the variant Mini Handsaw Chain. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're continuing to work hard to maintain your trust and confidence. " it says "mini handsaw chain" not chain saw. Discussing company.

I ORDRED A MINI CHAIN SAW BACK IN JANUARY. THIS PAST WEEK I RECIEVED A CHAIN FOR A CHAIN SAW.SO THAT BEING SAID I PAID 30.00 FOR A SMALL CHAIN.

This company is un real ordered a saw and still waiting no reply to any emails they send u the wrg thing when u order something else they r scams the never again will I order from them if it’s the last thing I do if i could get hold of them I tell u

I Too was Scammed!
In Nov. I ordered a mini rechargeable chainsaw and Deals-o-saur sent a cheap hacksaw three months later and made the claim that was what I ordered. Takes forever to get a response back but i finally did. They claim that their ordering system is set to default to the cheap hacksaw and it's my fault that i ordered the hacksaw. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Nov. or early Dec. I ordered a mini rechargeable chainsaw and Deals-o-saur sent a cheap hacksaw and made the claim that was what I ordered. I sent them a copy of the order showing that I had actually ordered the mini chainsaw and haven't heard from them since. I will not order from them again and I would encourage anyone that has a complaint to file it with your Attorney General's office like I have and also with the BBB. Any business that advertises one thing and sends you another is a scam and needs to be reported so others will be able to see the complaint's against them and make an informed decision about any purchases they may make.

I ordered something from this company and never received it! I sent a couple of emails asking when the item would be shipped. The company sends me about 100 emails a week giving me discounts on products to buy but wouldn't say anything about shipping the product I actually bought. Then I get an email about 2 months ago saying the product has shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I tried to track it, it says that the label was made but the product has not shipped. Rip off! I would never have ordered if I knew this company was a rip off. I will never order from them again!
