If I could give negative 1 star I would. 2 months ago I ordered two device arms for my bed/couch so I could read online without holding my phone since wireless devices make me sick if I hold them and they never came. I've written 4 emails asking where my package is with no response at all. You can't use email address formats on these reviews so I'm writing it out. Urgent at Dealsosaur is not a real customer service email as nobody has responded. Info at Dealsosaur.com is completely false address as it will get sent back to you. Just aggressive incoming marketing emails from them but no customer service. This is a hideous thing to do period. During Covid this is A HIDEOUSLY sinful, sinful thing to do to people. I could have really used that $60 on other things. I'm gonna tell you right now: countless, profound, movie-making experiences have shown me that our God, Yahweh, IS watching every last little thing you do and say. You've got yours coming Dealsosaur. LOL. Just try to lay your head on your pillow every night and convince yourself your payment isn't coming. Oh man.

I ordered 2 dashcams 4k and received 2 720p cams, had to pay to return goods nearly 30 euro. Confrimation received that they received it . No communication possible now nearly 130 euro down the drain not even the wrong products. This is really a scam!

Same bad experience as every body else and from now on i will always check Trustpilot before buying. Just a shame you can not give a worse review.

Same experience as everyone. No response...no product..then after 4 months it arrived without a power supply! 5 emails and no response.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! Placed order June 9th. Received tracking # July 15th, still nothing. I have sent several emails about my order and the send a general response email. Today I received an email stating my package was lost, they cannot issue refund but will redo my order and send it.

Scam, did not get product.

I would NEVER recommend this site to Anyone.Very Horrible,I never receive or have any updates regarding my order from them.it's almost 2 months now but when they took the money from my account it was quick like a tornado.since I never received my order I just thought I donated it to the greedy people in China.I hope Karma will get you in an instant and remember all the people you scam!

If you're the type who likes not getting what you paid for, then by all means give all of your money to this company. If you're the opposite, PLEASE listen to the reviews. Listen to the complaints and save yourself from being another dissatisfied customer. There's a reason they have a bunch of 1 star ratings. These people DO NOT CARE if they send you the wrong product. They just want to take your money. They have the "You're going to get what we give you, and you're just going have to deal with it" attitude. (Like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld). 

I ordered 2 pairs of TACTICAL PANTS that they advertised on their website. The order was CONFIRMED by them. There's NOTHING tactical about the pants I received from them today. NOTHING. 1 pair isn't even the in color that I ordered! Actually they're not even the same style! Unnaceptable!!! They sent pants that are similar to what a waiter or banquet server would wear. These people don't know what they're doing and they do not care. If I could post a pic of my order and a pic of what I received, your jaw just might hit the floor. Save yourself the anger and frustration. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. And the fact that they're overseas makes correcting the issue, and delivery time worse. Just stick with the locals. I hope they go out of business. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

This is the worst company. They're Scammers. I Ordered clothes from them over 6 weeks ago, they never sent an confirmation email. They never Showed a order number after check out. I recommend you save your money an not buy from them.

We need to find a way to Shut this site Down!! Somebody out there, must know how to do this. Block it or Jam it up. Let’s make their lives as miserable as they made ours!!! They stole my money and it sounds like a lot of other people also. Why isn’t the FBI involved in this? They are stealing money.

I ordered several items 3 months ago and they have not arrived. None of my emails have been answered directly (I have only received a form letter blaming Covid for their shoddy service). If not a scam then clearly an utterly incompetent and dishonest business. Doing business with China sucks.

First rule of life - never order ANYTHING from China. Second rule, that rule especially applies to Deals-o-saur. Even with Covid the wait is ridiculous. Had I known they were a Chinese firm I never would have ordered. As expected, crappy customer service with typical late replies of, sorry, but we can care less since we have your money. The only thing China has delivered quickly was a deadly virus.

DO NOT do business with this company! They are a fraud and cheats. I ordered a circular saw with saw blades. I only received the saw blades. I emailed them numerous times and all I received over and over was an automated email response stating virtually nothing. They would not recognize that they did not fulfill the order.They would not respond at all! I tried through PayPal to get a response and filed a claim and what I received from PayPal was that the merchant fulfilled the order! Incredible!! I emailed PayPal over and over and NO RESPONSE from them after they denied my claim! Nothing more to do with either company Deals-o-saur and PayPal, both frauds!! I would not even give 1 star to either one of them, but had to to write a review If you look at the reviews, the % is so high for negative!! I wonder why.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ASKED VARIOUS TIMES FOR A REFUND AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ONE OR SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR THE COMPANY. THEY SENT ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. I PLACED AN ORDER IN MAY AND ITS NOW AUGUST. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Purchased 2 items and 3 month later still don't have them. No customer service whatsoever! Complete Fraud!

Okay here's my review I ordered a polishing machine from the company and I received a packet of the sanding strips and nothing else and I waited and I waited and tried to contact them there's no way to contact them of course you'd like or as you all know and so then I sent them messages and messages and lo and behold I got a package on my steps with three day delivery and it was my polishing machine so I guess maybe if you bug him enough that maybe you will get your item best of luck to you.

This should not be any stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!! I PLACED AN ORDER, THE MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT SINCE JULY 2nd, NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS.
