Horrible company. I tried to email but never received a reply. My order was wrong as well as being over charged

Ordered 2 tactical pants. Sent me emails saying my order has been processed and ready to ship. I send emails asking about my order and no response. Will be disputing the charge.

I ordered two fiber lash mascaras from them almost two months ago and never received them. After a month, I asked for a refund. Instead they issued me a fake tracking number and said my order was too far in progress to cancel it now. Don’t buy from them. You’ll never get your order. I thought they were legit because they were selling on Pinterest but now I’ll never buy anything off Pinterest again and I now always read website‘s reviews before I buy.

Kudos to all you for giving honest reviews. Your reviews prevented me from making another mistake like I did with Argon by purchasing fake crap. These are scum people and I can only hope Karma gives them a pay back.

The worst company ever got one item then told me thanks for my donations. I asked why will you not send items they told me short staff. Con job scams people was trying to get much needed mask

I wanted to give 0 stars but the system doesn't allow it. ***DO NOT ORDER*** I wish I read the reviews prior to placing my order. The funds are immediately deducted from your account you receive some blanket email, Thank you for shopping Your order is ready, offering more shopping opportunities, No confirmation or reference number. I have received several emails but nothing regarding my order. I tried contacting the company through the website, it notes Contact Us indicating there is a number, but is no number there is an address to write them, (really)! I emailed regarding my order serveral times finally there was a blanket response from a Samatha, what is sad, the initial email they sent is gone from my records??? They claim they are experiencing delays because of Covid-19, it's sad when a company with poor reviews prior to this current situation is using it to explain the failure to send you the merchandise you ordered. I have contacted my bank, there will never be another order made by ME!!! I AM PRAYING THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK VIA MY BANK! IT'S SAD COMPANIED PRAYING ON PEOPLE TAKING OUR HARD EARNED $'S... THERE NEEDS TO BE A WAY TO TAKE SITES LIKE THIS DOWN!!!

DEAL-O-SAUR IS A BULL**** SCAM. IMMEDIATELY THE MONEY FOR MY ORDER CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT ALL OF MY EFFORTS TO CONTACT SOMEONE HAVE BEEN IGNORED. NO HIKING PANTS CAME IN THE MAIL, NO WAY TO TRACK MY "ORDER", NO RETURNED EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER. BUT MY MONEY IS GONE. THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED AND SUED.

Is there any way to call these crooks on the phone sense I've emailed then 20 times now and received not one response.

Ordered three items over a month ago, no order nothing. They charged my card though Paypal, currently disbuting the charges as I just keep getting told 'We will contact you in a few weeks.' and STILL no contact.

ordered 2 items over a month ago, haven't rec. the items, they don't have a number to call or tracking number, I'm out $34.93, from what I can find out this company is in Hong Kong. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY --

I also tried to reach out to them through email still haven’t gotten a response this is really bad for business in a way before ordering from any other companies in the future I will be reading the reviews before I decide to make a purchase

I was scammed from a post on Pinterest for a couch cover. I paid 39.94 and never received any email or confirmation of order. This is a shame.

They answered a first email saying that they had a lot of requests, I believe this was due to COVID19, they asked for 7 working days. So far they dont reply, I do not know how to track the product and it has passed more than a month since I made the purchasing.

Can you rate a company zero stars? I never received the item ordered back in January. I should have read the reviews like everyone is saying. Pinterest should not be letting them advertise or post their products on the site. Luckily, I ordered something cheap and feel it is a lesson learned.

Save yourself some money and don’t order from here.
Ordered 4K dash cam.
Took 2 months to get camera, and product was incorrect. We got a 720p camera.

Had to send back to Canada, for a $40 shipping fee and had to get a refund from PayPal.

Don’t trust this company. Don’t buy from here.

I ordered a Dashcam that was promoted inside Pinterest. But I received a Dashcam with total different specifications then the one they offered and what I orderd.

What I ordered -> What I got ...
Solution: 4k -> neither 4k nor Full HD just HD 720P
GPS-Tracking -> no GPS at all
Night vision -> no night vision at all
Emergency alarm -> no emergency alarm at all
Dual Camera Front and backside camera -> no backside camera at all
Voice input -> no voice control at all
Motion detection -> no motion detection at all
Installation kit (permanent) -> no installation kit at all
App to control the Dashcam BH10DV. If you know Chinese then you can use it otherwise not because it is just partly translated.

I contacted the customer service a different time. They always wrote me let us check internally and after a few days I got than a template based reply ... we checked in our sytem ... blablabla…. what you got was what you orderd … after more then 6 weeks playing ping-pong-mail I will stop now.

Sorry based on the technical specifications even a 12 year old boy unterstands that this is not what I ordered.

So at the beginning I thought they sent me the wrong item by mistake - now I think cheating customers is part of their business.

My conclusion: Don't order items from Deals-o-sour if you have to pay in advance for it. Only if you can pay it after you received and checked the item.
