Such a good tool for property Investors to use! Highlights properties I wouldn't have considered before, and lets me know which strategy would work best to give me the best return on my investment.

Your Ai doesn't serve any purpose at all. Almost all the time, is the property you have analyse that is available. If you serve for analysis of property discovered in rightmove or others, is not available. I regretted one year PR subscription.

Update July 2026
They refused to refund me for a service I never used they attract you with £0.79 sign up to charge you over £500 later thanks to Samuel Dean courses who suggested that!!!
They claim it's about financial difficulty, it's not at all about financial difficulties it's about hidden fees!!
Update 2026
Those guys never refund me my money and it is a complete scam by Samuel Leeds who trick you with £1 course.
Careful before you pay £0.79
We have been rushed to pay £0.79 by Samuel Leeds to sign up for dealsourcr
Samuel Leeds never explained that we will be charged £575 for the whole year!!
I have wrote to deal Sourcr and they replied with threatening email after explaining to them that I never used their service.
That was part of their reply
"
Multiple failed payments can negatively impact your credit score, which may make it difficult to obtain mortgages, change jobs, or engage in financial transactions.
"
This is not legal advice but don't fall into £0.79 trap.
Update

UPDATE FROM THE RESPONSE>
Sirs, I cancelled the subscription not due to my finances as you suggested. After trying out your platform and resources whilst at the same time trying other platforms I found a better and slighly more expensice platorm more suited to my requirements - so do not patrionise me on that point - The purpose for the trial is exactly that - to see it its is suitable - and compare - My negative review was totally due to the way you handle cancellation and the fact that your website does not have GDPR cookies in place - and you rely on a time stamp without Misleading Trial Terms and Poor Cancellation Experience - And the act that you do not respond to email as a human JUST Ai response.
I pointed out the laws to you in my email as below
--------------------------
Formal Notice: Unfair Contract Terms, Cancellation Dispute, and GDPR Non-Compliance
Dear Dealsourcr Team,
I am writing regarding my recent cancellation dispute. I began a 7-day free trial and cancelled on 3 November at approximately 10:10 pm. Your team has since claimed my trial ended at 4:35 pm, which you’re using as justification to demand payment of £119.98.
There was no reference to a specific cutoff time in your terms, FAQs, or during signup only “7-day free trial.” Under UK consumer law, that reasonably means seven full 24-hour days from the time of signup. Your attempt to shorten this period is misleading and therefore an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Further, the cancellation link is extremely difficult to locate. I am 71, and even my son struggled to find it despite multiple attempts that day. Your records will confirm my login activity and attempts to cancel prior to your claimed cutoff.
You’ve referred to your terms and conditions, but I note:
No mention of a time-specific expiry exists.
No explicit consent was sought to waive the 14-day cooling-off right, as required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your cookie practices also appear non-compliant with UK GDPR, as there is no active consent mechanism on arrival. “Implied consent” banners are not legally valid.
Given the above, I dispute the £119.98 charge and request that it be cancelled immediately. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will be reporting the issue to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for review of your business practices.
Please confirm in writing that no payment will be taken and that my account remains cancelled.
--------------------------------
Below is the initial review
I signed up for a 7-day free trial, but the company later claimed the trial ended at 4:35 pm on the final day — even though I cancelled just after 10 pm that same evening. No specific time limit was mentioned anywhere during signup or in their terms, only “7-day trial.”
Finding the cancellation link was extremely difficult. I’m 71, and even my son struggled to locate it after several attempts. Despite logging in multiple times that day to cancel, they still demanded a payment of £119.98.
Their response quoted legal terms and claimed the cutoff was earlier in the day, yet this was never disclosed in advance. I believe this practice is unfair under the UK Consumer Rights Act and misleading to consumers.
In my opinion, the website should make cancellations simple, disclose exact trial expiry times, and obtain clear consent when waiving cooling-off rights. It would also be wise to include a proper cookie consent banner, as current GDPR rules require active opt-in — not assumed consent.
I’ve raised this with the relevant authorities for review. Potential users should read the terms carefully before entering card details.

I’ve used the App looking for different types of property deals.
I’ve found it useful during the trial period.
If I was doing this type of work full time I would recommend this tool.

Unscrupulous, thieves! I maintain my position. I used this site once whilst attending a training session. The information provided was erroneous. I asked for a refund the same date payment was due and this provider refused, similar to other customers who have complained in this feed. Should I have had feedback from other customers I would not have signed up for even a trial period. Extremely poor customer service -unprincipled, unscrupulous and unethical business!

Deal sourcer is brilliant! - Learnt about it via a Samuel Leeds video, but then have been checking different deal configurations straight from what I find on right move.
It's also brought up new ideas I didn't see before.
Is great for filtering deal with my limited budget starting out on my property journey! Highly reccomend.

When I started looking into property investing, I was honestly lost. I’d spend hours trawling through listings, running numbers, and second guessing myself every time. Then I came across Dealsourcr, and everything just clicked.
It’s made the whole process of finding and analysing property deals so much easier. The figures are right there in front of you, with ROI, yield, and comparable data ready to go. What used to take me days now takes minutes, and I actually feel confident that the numbers stack up.
Within my first week of using it, I’d already found a few strong deals I never would have spotted on my own. It’s completely changed how I look at the market. The platform is simple, clear, and genuinely useful, not just another bit of tech pretending to make life easier.
I first heard about Dealsourcr through Samuel Leeds, and I can see why he recommends it. For anyone serious about property investing, especially if you’re just starting out, this is hands down the best software out there.
