Awesome grow box set. Great customer service.

Complete scam. They lied about the light Wattage, Brand, Model and the purpose of the light. I ordered thru Mars Hydroponics and I suppose Dealzer sells thru tnat site as well as their own. I thought I ordered a 40w Quasar LED grow light but instead I got a multicolored, 20W flood light. On Dealzers site, the photo image of the light is accurate but they covered up the brand and model. I only realized now. They sent me a GLW IP65, which is a cheap light off of Amazon and its much cheaper on Amazon. This thing doesnt even put out 2000Lux. Just measured it, 1 inch away. I called them, their phones dont work. Had to email but I sincerely doubt I'll get a reply.

I ordered from their website the Quasar Grow Light at $95.00 to replace the exact same item in my grow box. They sent an a flood light, different brand, different color, different everything. You can buy 2 of these exact same flood lights for $30.00 at the big A store. I called and was assured it would work just the same and against my better judgment installed it. Temps increased dramatically to the point if fried my exiting grow. Zero accountability…..

Let me just start by saying don’t be deceived by previous reviews. I placed an order before checking the reviews, and I became impatient and worried about the amount of money I had spent. After seeing prior reviews I immediately contacted the store directly. After speaking with them and being reassured that everything I ordered would arrive I was still skeptical. I received everything I ordered, and then some. I gave 4 stars solely because it took several weeks to get everything I ordered. They threw in some free merch due to the time it took. Overall this place was good to deal with and I would recommend their product.

If I could give a negative review I would. This place oversold products and then my Dad never got his Christmas gift- they told me they could send me another light and so I agreed with the hopes it would eventually be his birthday gift. They offered to send me a comparable light and I agreed. It never came. They then came back and said they would be losing money on that deal and didn’t want to ship the light and offered to send me a light that was inferior so they’d still be making a hefty profit. I said no, I wanted the original light they offered me because that’s the right thing to do and they agreed to that. 5 months later the light still never came- they refused to return my calls, emails, and Facebook messages- they also kept me from posting bad reviews. They are a complete disgrace of a company.

Do not give these people your money, they are crooks. I placed an order, they confirmed that I did not receive my merchandise. But instead of refunding my money, they tried to say that, somehow, I did receive my order. I explained to these people that I have "RING" cameras all over my property and the video archive does not support their conclusion but to no avail. I had to contact my credit card company and challenge the transaction. Visa granted my request so I got my money but save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Please do not waste money on this box like we did. The box they send you is cheap so the closing mechanism does not work well. The box they send for the reservoir is see-through so we could never get rid of root rot. Also, the circles they cut for the plant containers are not the same size so the ones in back hang 1/2 inch lower. There is no margin for error with watering because of this mistake in cutting the holes. They also don't even sand the holes or clean the box before sending it to you. There is no note on sanitizing the entire system before using. Total rip off. The only good thing about it is the way they put the fans in the box. There is a lot more negative I could write but mostly I'm just upset I was completely had. So upset. Jeez I didn't have this money to blow and now I'm in a rough spot.

I ordered a pallet of soil. It’s been two years and I still have not received my soil or my money back. Basically I got robbed for $1500. This is a horrible company. They are dishonest and thieves.

This purchase was by far the most painful purchase I’ve ever made online. I ordered multiple pots and the wrong color was sent - but most noteworthy was just how unbelievably painful the customer service was. They even said that they sent the wrong color because they assumed I’d rather have pots in the wrong color than no pots at all! How about you list your actual inventory or update your customer prior to shipping with the option?They finally gave me a refund after countless calls and texts, RUN!

Albert is the worst owner and customer service. I’ve had issues since day 1. My credit card company will be involved. I am beyond pissed off. I wish I knew before I bought. They sold me a box that doesn’t exist. The box is garbage. It’s sticky and the locks are terrible. Never do business with them! They used to have lifetime warranty and now they don’t stand at all by their product. He changes policies to make sure you know exactly what you are getting yourself into.

Totally garbage. Grow box was out of square leaving gaps for light to get in. The hinges were completely broken off the box. The timer was missing and one fan did not work. Save your money. I am embarrassed I even ordered this.
A junior high shop class could do better.
I phoned them twice and sent pictures in an email. All I got in return was a 10.00 timer.

I bought the Magic dryer. It took forever to receive. It was poorly put together. The fastener look worn,used and cheaply applied. The wood and Items weren't worth the money. The customer service sucks. Don't buy anything from this company. This company is doing a complete disservice.

Do not do business with this shady establishment. You will not receive your purchase and only get the run around. It's been the most awful transaction I have ever "tried" to complete.

I ordered something 2 months ago and still haven't received it nor any emails or communication of any kind just do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere

Dealzer is a complete waste of time and money. Not only will you wait for 4 weeks to receive your product, you won’t receive all of your order. Additionally, anyone with a high school woodworking class could build a higher quality box than this. It literally is plywood painted black and has cheap fasteners (which came broken) and cheap hardware. Inside the box the equipment is not strategically placed, it looks like it is placed wherever it fits and in that lies more problems. The grow light (when hung) is crooked and doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling because of poor placement of other components. The hydro box fit, but it was propped up on a fan box... not too smart. The top holes in the hydro box were cut with a circular drill bit and leave jagged edges all across the top. Poor poor design again. What’s worse is that if you waste your time and money buying this and decide to return it, you are stuck with the shipping bill ($180) and a %15 restocking fee, and terrible customer service. DO NOT buy anything from this company.
