Order not delivered

Ordered 3 cushions on 12 January. Email confirmation said allow 14 days for delivery. Still not received cushions on 20th Feb. I contacted the company and was told they would be receiving the cushions on 16th Feb and they would then be delivered, but I am still waiting.

As all others reviews same experience here customer service is non existent I had one damage item and they keep promising that they will pick it up and bring replacement this from before Christmas and is February
And only from my side I call and I call and I call. Everytime the same answer like they coming but never came I had to call my bank in the end to get refund nothing from this company they don’t care about customers and I hope they end with none sad as the website is lovely but the people who run it liars and at one of the phone calls I heard someone swearing at the background so unprofessional they shouldn’t have a business if they don’t know how to run it avoid avoid avoid if you don’t want to get dissapointed .

Mixed experience

The first order went through smoothly, beautiful products, but sadly on my second order had to wait for months with no delivery. Eventually had to ask for a refund, which Victoria issued promptly.

Don’t give up

Had problems initially- couldn’t contact but after a physical letter I was rung and apologised to because a website issue had caused a problem. I received my beautiful glasses today so am really happy.

Damaged item and no return or refund

The Bobble bowl I ordered arrived both scratched and with defects . Despite phone calls , emails and texts nobody has got back to me to arrange collection and refund as advised on website . Poor quality made in China bowl sold by an untrustworthy company

Superb Customer Service

Wow, wow, WOWSER ... superb customer service from this fabulous company. I placed an order on Tuesday for Oscar the rabbit, stupidly giving them the wrong address (I'd recently moved in my defense)! After correcting the deliveryaddress, Oscar arrived on my doorstep at 8am on Thursday. How quick was that? Amazing service from the wonderful staff at Dear Grace. Thank you sooo much, the beautiful Oscar is now nicely settled in the hall at our new abode!

Sadly a really disappointing…

Sadly a really disappointing experience, i placed an order back in Black Friday, 26.11.2024.

I was told in the email to allow 14 working days, which I was already annoyed knowing that I’d paid £6 delivery.

After the 14 working days, I hadn’t heard anything I had to chase multiple times through email and insta. In the end I called, where she explained there had been an issue with the delivery and the items had arrived to the warehouse faulty so was waiting for more. Which I totally understood but made no effort to contact me, considering this was close to three weeks.

I left it a few more days and called again, after all this was a Christmas present and time was running out. She explained it would be delivered the weekend or the Monday prior to Christmas Eve. I double checked she was sure I’d have it for Christmas she assured me this would.

I then received a phone call on the 23.12.2024 to explain that I infact would not receive my package.

My issue was there was zero communication, unless I chased it, other than the cal before Christmas Eve to say I now would not be receiving the item I was assured I’d have but also leaving me no time to order from elsewhere. It was a Christmas gift I was excited to give and could only source online.

The only positive, the man who called me on the 23.12.24 was very polite.

Sadly won’t be shopping with Dear Grace again.

Incompetence or Scam?

Not sure whether this company is a scam or just incompetent:
Order Number 15974
17th Nov - made online order and received order confirmation email.
25th Nov - received email confirming order had been shipped.
25th Nov - received email from DHL confirming order had been collected.
26th Nov - received email from DHL stating that delivery had been delayed.
28th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel was out for delivery for today.
30th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel had been returned to depot.
30th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel had now been returned to sender.
2nd Dec - called Dear Grace Home Interiors, explained the situation and expressed my concerns regarding receiving the item in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas gift. Lady informed me that other customers were having the same problem with DHL and she assured me that my item would be delivered in time, as she would now get it delivered personally by one of her team.
9th Dec - Called Dear Grace Home Interiors for update, received voicemail box full message.
To date, still no delivery of parcel, no contact/update from Dear Grace Home Interiors and I am unable to get through to speak to anyone for an update.
I would not recommend anyone looking for a professional/stress free online shopping experience to buy from this company.

Fulfilled order and more

I ordered the Leona large and small plant pots. They sent me 2 small saying they did not have any large on but would send me one when they got them. I waited a while and truthfully eventually forgot. On Saturday the large Leona arrived, I could not believe it. I really did not expect to receive it. I am sure many companies would not have done this and am amazed that they did. The birds and other things I bought for the are gorgeous.

So please with my home decor purchases

Such lovely home decorative items. The antlers are so realistic I bought two to go about my bed. I want to place fairy lights around them. The hare with monocle is also beautiful and much cheaper on this site than elsewhere because I was able to bag myself a 10% discount as a first time shopper. Items arrived sooner than expected and All items packaged extremely well. I can't wait to fix my items to the wall. The shipping cost were reasonable and communication from seller was great. Highly recommend this shop.

Do not use, products not delivered! Money taken!!

Awful customer service and never received the goods so stole the money from me. Never use this company, no guarantee you'll receive the goods!

Frustrating Experience with Delivery…

Frustrating Experience with Delivery and Lack of Communication

I purchased one of their pictures with an estimated delivery time of two weeks, which I was fine with. However, after the two-week mark passed, I called the shop to inquire about my order. I was informed that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver the parcel, but I wasn’t home. This was completely untrue—I have Ring doorbell footage showing that no one came to my door, and I work from home, so I know the driver didn’t even attempt delivery.

I was then told the parcel would be delivered by the end of the week. Despite this, I still haven’t received my item, and I'm now £168 out of pocket with no clear update on what's happening with my purchase. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating, and I have no idea when or if I will receive the item I paid for.

I expected better service and accountability from this shop.

Communication is AWFUL & No order will arrive

What went wrong? After 2 weeks patiently waiting for my order of significant value I phoned, left a message, emailed and messaged on facebook. I finally was able to get through to Sue by phone and was informed most of my order would be delivered the next day and the remaining canvas 3 days later. Nope, it didn't arrive. My further attempts at enquiries were not successful. Today, nearly a month of waiting I got through to Sue on the phone. I politely asked why I was being ignored and the remainder of the call I was literally screamed at. Very shaken and distressed at such rude and unnecessary behaviour I was dreading her call back. The call back was exactly the same lies as before so I asked to cancel my order for a full refund as I really could not handle any further screaming and was physically shaking at such bullying behaviour. Sue took this cue to start screaming at me Again. I repeatedly and calmly asked her to stop screaming at me and she eventually hung up on me. Nice! I am now waiting patiently for my agreed refund but will obviously escalate this if I don't receive it. Where could they improve their customer service A) Don't scream at your customers or bully them B) Communicate with honesty and even actually apologise when orders are significantly delayed C) Read your trust pilot reviews and take on board the issues your customers are raising with a view of resolving future issues. We all have bad days but such nasty, rude, bullying and toxic behaviour is very distressing and has no place in any business.

Pretty much like all the other reviews…

Pretty much like all the other reviews on here, this company has terrible customer service, takes your money initially and then never sends you the goods. I purchased 10 reed defuses weeks ago, was told that they were in stock, when you eventually get through to someone they say they’re going to look into it but never get back to you. I’ve now resulted in calling my bank to do a charge back.
Would give them a wide birth if I was you!

Poor customer service

This company has a very appealing website but the customer service is extremely poor. After waiting a few weeks, I must have phoned over a dozen times to find out where my order was. Sometimes it was impossible to get through and at others staff said they would find out the situation and call me back. They never did. Ultimately I have gained a refund. Staff are unhelpful on the phone and do not seem to accept that they have a responsibility to customers. Good communication is essential in this business, and, although I love some of the items on the website, I will never order from them again.

Terrible customer service

Not a great experience with this company. Ordered on 22 June and items not dispatched until 16 July. I don’t think the order would ever have been dispatched unless I’d chased. I contacted the company on email and then on Instagram direct message and was ignored. I then sent a message on a post on Instagram to ask if my query could be looked into. A few hours later I got an automated email to say my order was being dispatched. No personal response or apology was received on any of the 3 messages I left for the poor customer service. I would not use this company again and don’t recommend.

Ordered on the 1st May now the 18th May…

Ordered on the 1st May now the 18th May no reply to emails and no item arrived no refund from seller no contact at all .
Had to contact my bank who has now refunded me and had to get In Touch with the seller themselves on my behalf.
Will never use again and have now warned other not to use.
Terrible service.
