Have had Debenhams for a year now just renewed great service and easy to do even got a reduction as my milage for the year as changed, would recommend them to other people

So far so good...They seem to offer the best coverage out of the quotes on Moneysupermarket.My policy documents were emailed the next day.

Just recently took car insurance out which begins in a month. Very cheap and excellent customer service. Found on confused.com. Very pleased.

The worst company ever! I found them on compare the market and set up a direct debit to pay monthly. They took the deposit of £90 to then send an email 2 weeks later saying my insurance will be cancelled because they don’t do monthly instalments and now they want a £130 cancellation fee. I’d 100% avoid. Scammers

Got insured Saturday. Soon as deposit payed they cancelled insurance. Rang up, sorted problem. Recieved confirmation insurance is now validated thanks for sending all the docs monday get email in junk saying insurance will be cancelled if do not send copy of full log book, utility bill, bank statement, wage slips. Rang up and canceled before the poilicy came live. Only incurred a £25 charge, if policy was live would have been 300 plus. This compamy is connected to another terrible insurance company Go Skippy. After validating on Saturday I recieved a text saying thanks for calling Go Skippy. Avoid these scam artist they are in the business of cancelling on you to collect massive charge fees! Go to a proper company. Check the reviews, 25% 1 star! They are a scam that come up cheapest for a reason. They charge you a fortune after taking your deposit!

Absolutely disgusting service, find out ny car insurance has been cancelled for over a month ,with no letter or any type of communications,rang to find out why my direct debit hasn't been took,to find my insurance has been cancelled for unpaid installment(considering they told me ny account is in credit when I rang) when rang creation finance to find out more.5 weeks been driving with no insurance unknown, coups of cost my car etc,never deal with these again

Recently completed my quotation on compare the market - Debenhams came up most competitive, trying to proceed with the quote on Debenhams website was the first issue, would not allow me to proceed and asked me to call, when calling to set this up I was advised it’s a £20 fee, yet couldn’t physically set it up online as there was no reference number so was left with no choice. The cover was set up, with what I thought was the information that I had updated into the comparison site. Checking my documentation, I noticed that the licence dates had all defaulted to the same date and month which didn’t match what I put (I work in insurance and know it is very important to have licence information correct) I also noticed that I had selected all drivers being uk residents since birth, yet Debenhams defaulted all of these to the same date also, not matching our dobs. I work in insurance so as soon as the documents came through I checked and called, I was told the information couldn’t be amended so we would have to start again and the price I was quoted wouldn’t be honoured, even though I had proof that the quote I had completed had the right information they just blamed me stating I hadn’t inputted the information correctly. They said they couldn’t put me through to sales after being cut off 3 times as it was too busy. So asked to cancel which I was then told there is a fee. I felt from the conversations I had with advisors no one cared about helping me fix the issue and get this sorted for me, when I finally managed to get this cancelled with the 3rd advisor I spoke to she kindly waived the cancellation fee but this all could of been resolved if they could have just listened to me and update the information required which I know is possible instead of constantly fobbing me off or putting the phone down as soon as I got through. Really disappointed with this service and I would suggest anyone insuring with Debenhams checks over their documents to make sure they haven’t had the same issues with important dates being defaulted as if you go to claim you won’t get a pay out and your insurance will be invalidated

We recently moved into our new address with our new car, all we wanted was to change the address and car type

Instead we spent over a hour arguing over charges ext only to cancel the policy, that's when we where given a total amount of £7 refund then quickly slapped with extra charges

Basically £50 to change an address
Or
£7 to cancel and start a fresh policy was a no brained

Stay away from them

Search for car insurances was conducted on Confused.com website. Cheapest Insurance quoted was Debenhams. After reviewing what Debenhams were offering Insurance at such a low price, I took up their offer, as other Insurance companies were unable to offer cover for other services which was inclusive in the quote given by Debenhams.

I have found Debenhams car insurance to be very competitive and also had a lot of extras included in price compared to other insurance it was easy to use the site and set up

Simple and very easy to use, very competitive price and had all documents within minutes

I paid £390 with Debenhams as they was cheapest I’m well happy

Debenhams car insurance have cheap and amazing price they give you best service which everyone should need so great full to have car insurance with this company thank you so much and keep it up 👍
