Dean was great in helping me any way he could and understood how stressed I was and made sure I had all the right documents and helped me like i wasnt just an numpty in debt and knew I wanted help to sort it all out. Would recommend to anyone with debt problems, at the end of the day we are all human and dean understood exactly what I wanted to do and helped me every step of the way!

So glad I answered Debt Defenders call, I have always buried my head in the sand with debt because I thought that there was nobody out there that would listen and understand. Well I was wrong Debt defenders did exactly that, I felt anxious when the phone rang but the guys at Debt Defenders put me at ease straight away. The way they treat their clients is just like family. My advisor was Dean. He is understanding, non judgemental and extremely helpful. I was regularly updated. I recently gave birth to a baby boy, unfortunately due to my debts I haven’t been able to enjoy him. Debt Defenders have relieved a lot of pressure. I am in the process of entering an IVA.
