Nick from Debtfix Direct is an angel in disguise. This man gave up his family holiday time abroad to help me and get me to a much better place . Absolutely a legend in his field. Dedicated, efficient, customer first and extremely professional in everything he did for me . If you have financial issues get onto Debtfix Direct . I was sceptical at first as there are others out there but my goodness this company have to be the top people in their field if Nick is anything to measure them by. . Ignore ridiculous comments from a few others , work with them , tell the truth . Not an overnight fix but a potential future change for you . Highly recommend the company and ask for Nick - life changer . Be the best call you ever made .

I thought it was too good to be true I couldn’t sleep for a year from a stress
I contacted them they straight away been very helpful and supportive
Put me with the right people to talk to went through the details with them
Then after 4 hours everything was sorted like a magic and I got approved

Don't know who these people are, never applied to them, and yet somehow they have my number and will not stop calling me every single day. I've blocked at least 20 numbers from them now, it's getting beyond a joke. I'm already disabled and having to spend my life bed bound I don't need to constantly get scam called by you so stop calling me!!!!! If they were legit, or had genuine business with me, they would leave voicemails, or they would start the conversation when I stupidly accept the call. That's how I know they are trying to scam me, scammers often wait for you to speak first so that they can clone your voice using AI and other tools (this is a real thing I've had it happen to me before) and when I answer I mute my mic, and they don't say a word, and hang up when I don't talk every single time, so I know they are trying to scam me! Absolutely ridiculous the number of calls they are hounding and bombarding me with.

What a simple and easy experience I had when I got in touch with Debtfix, from a personal experience and honest opinion I would have got everything sorted years ago if I could have found these guys. I first got in touch a couple of months ago but life got in the way but more and more letters came so I reached out to Dan on a Saturday as I worked away all week and couldn’t talk but Dan got back to me literally maybe an hour and half later he was in a Cafe enjoying his breakfast with family yet still found the time on his weekend of to help me and it was that simple I just left everything to him and his colleagues, Thank you for your help and fantastic service good luck in 2026.

They stopped messaging and stopped communicating with me , said they were to busy to deal with my case , this all happened the minute they realised I wasn’t eligible for an IVA , yet there advert states that they deal with DRO’s yet they advised me I should rather go talk to CAB or money wellness

Was so very helpful and gave me the right advice and put in touch with the right department to have solve my problems I’m so very grateful to home

Amazing service from beginning to end!
I felt like I was being listened to and that I would get a debt solution from the outset. It was all done in a timely manner and I can't commend the two advisors, Dan and Nick, to their professional approach, human touch and support, as it is never an easy thing to have to do. I was reassured that this is not something I created but rather that it's the current finacial situation and change in circumstances that led to me reaching out for affordable debt solutions. This country is in a cost of living crisis and wages stagnant being forced to live hand to mouth.

What can I say, the first dealings I had with debt fix was on what's app, I was to nervous to speak with anyone, within 20 mins or so whoever was on the other end was brilliant put me at ease so much I decided I felt comfortable to accept a phone call. The person on the other end was a Guy named Nick! He explained everything in detail in a way that I understood clearly! He took me step by step what would happen, answered all my questions however silly they were! For anybody that feels nervous like I did Nick is your man very caring and understanding!Nothing too much trouble for him! I was ready to post a review even at the preliminary stages as I thought they had allready provided 5* service even before completion, reason being they were able to pick up on so many difficulties that I was facing with debt putting me at ease in stressful times.
