Today I got a call from debt fix regarding my products , and I'm actually totally horrified, I asked him how did he get my number , then he started talking very abusive to me, I asked him to please remove my number , so I don't get anymore calls, he called me terrible names , I asked him if I could talk to his manager , he then started threatening me, I cannot repeat on here, this is very upsetting, I'm under shock.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish

I went with debt direct they helped me a lot took there time with me I explained what had happened in my situation. They talked me through what was gonna happen, helped me get all my debts in one payment. Contacted who I had debt with got letters out to them got me a payment that I will be able to Iive with comfortable every month. I would recommend this company. 1st class.
Nick was very helpful, phoned to make sure i understood everything.

Don’t pick up and speak on the phone, they are pure scammers and most likely Indians and give your info or even answer phone to unknown phone numbers, just send them to your voicemail
I hope that’s enough warning to anyone in debts, be aware of them
Plus that, don’t look at positive reviews here about this company, they all fake to boost they score of trusted which they didn’t deserve at all

I had all my dealings with Vicky. Nothing was too much her and her support, expertise were second to none!
It's a difficult decision to make but Vicky did all the hard work and replied to all my messages immediately.

Absolutely disgusting company i tryed to call to make a complaint i spoke to 3 different people who couldn't speak english i was told i sound like a man because i had sore throat i called to make a complaint regarding danny wilson he has non stopped calling me telling me i need to pay money i dint have i worked in the nhs for 20 years im now unwell i need a hip replacement so unable to work this company have spoken to like shit laughing in the back ground put the phone down on me 3 times no reply back do not trust this company

I thought the saying to good to be true was true, but I got granted my iva today, 2 weeks after speaking to the lovely Claire who was so down to earth and helpful with everything, I can't express how calming she truly was, all the paperwork was completed by Claire and I had no struggle contacting her at anytime. I got into a terrible financial situation due to the loss of my parents, I went off the rails, I explained everything to Claire and she supported me and never judged me or my past financial discrepancies. From the very first phone call i spoke to Callum and he was so nice and helpful. Explained everything to me and did not judge at all. Next part process i spoke with Ben and Richard and again, so professional, no judgement and helped me throughout whole process. They literally held my hand the whole way through virtually. Any questions i had they were at the end of the phone or message.
The process which i thoight was going to be a daunting thing was not at all and throigh the help of Callum, Ben and Richard they have eased so much pressure and worry and now IVA has gone through 🤗
