Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't ask for a better team to work with. It's been difficult for me working permanent nights and also going through a divorce, and trying to see my son.
Haley, Ang and Robyn bent over backwards for me, helping me to finally get this sorted and after alot of hard work we got there in the end.

I suffer with ptsd and anxiety due to getting myself into debt so I contacted debt mate and I'm so glad I did the staff are superb.
Both angela and Robyn worked with me every step of the way as my advisors and went above and beyond and stayed in constant contact.
Alfie who went through the finer details with me was so reassuring and helpful due to my mental health.
If you are having debt issues or worries these are the only company I would recommend my anxiety has lowered by 50% thanks to all there help.

Firstly I would like to say how much of a relief. Debt mate have helped me massively to resolve my debt issues and worries!
Firstly speaking to Chloe, we had a laugh over her headphones pulling out every time she moves. Then on to Hayley, doing the initial checks and sorting my package out. Ivana was my case holder, getting all the information towards my case. All 3 ladies have been a pleasure to talk to and really changed my opinion of seeking help when I need it!
