There charges have no justification and am current taking them to small claims court for unfair charging, they prey on the needy for there own gain.
Steer clear there are free companies out there who can do what they do for free. And are more helpful.

I spoke to Chris to get some help with some debts. I was not sure what to do but he discussed my options with me and has helped me to do an equity release so I can clear my debts. I can not thank him enough.
I was desperate to sort my finances out as things had spiralled and I was stressed. I did not owe a lot but it was enough to keep me up at night. I made some online enquiries and spoke to Debt Support Direct. Some options were not available to me as I did not owe enough but they helped me with a debt management plan.
I spoke to Debt Support Direct after I had already been refused help with other companies. I had been previously told that an IVA would not be possible but after speaking to Ollie it turned out it was. I was really worried as thought I might have to go bankrupt and lose my car. Ollie was really patient and explained everything to me. My IVA is now sorted and I feel like a weight has been lifted.
This is an extremely desperate company. A company no doubt desperate to get commissions by signing you up for an IVA.
On 15/05 I first spoke to somebody from this company, I was busy at the time and agreed with them somebody would call me the next day at an agreed time. I had all my information ready and written out and they did not bother to contact me on that day. They emailed me a day later after not calling me asking if I was still seeking advice. I explained they did not contact me and wasted my time and clearly stated in the email "Please cease all communication".
They absolutely did not cease all communication. On the 31st of May I had a call from a mobile number. They asked if I was still seeking IVA advice. I explained (as I did in my previous email to them) that I was already being advised by a charity specialising in IVA's. They asked if the charity was StepChange. I said it was just to try and end the call and the callers response was that they actually had my information passed on to them by StepChange. Interesting, as I have never spoken to StepChange before. I ended the call and blocked the number. At first I thought it was a scam until I realised it was actually another call from this company.
Then, on the same day, this company conducted a credit check without any permission from me and after me telling them to stop the communication. I have now blocked more than one of their numbers, I have blocked their whatsapp, now they're targetting me via emails. Their email states the day they did a credit check aswell as listing my debt amount.
I will be contacting the FCA and also inform StepChange about this companies predatory and harrassing tactics.
I completed the enquiry form and very quickly I received a call from Mike he was brilliant he talked me through all the options he explained everything and was understanding and considerate. I would have no hesitation in recomming the company if you are experiencing financial worries Mike was amazing and helped us reach a decision that has lead us to a more stable and less worrying financial future.

Honestly I was in a tight spot, worried it might be a scam to be caught by bailiff and so on.
It wasn't the team that dealt with me were understanding, respectable and transparent!
