Debt Support Direct provides debt advice to UK residents. If you do not maintain the full contractual repayments to your creditors, this will negatively impact your credit rating. If you qualify for a debt solution, you must read the small print to understand the Pros and Cons of each available option. We’re here to help with your questions, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. To begin, we look at who you owe money to and how much you owe to each creditor; this alone can disqualify you from a debt solution such as an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, often referred to as an IVA. Next, we assess your assets; for example, if you own a vehicle on finance or are a homeowner with a mortgage, this may also influence the options you wish to consider. Then we assess your personal circumstances and conduct an income and expenditure exercise to determine if you can afford to repay anything towards your debts. Once our fact find has been completed, we will then be able to advise you of the debt solution options available. If you are happy with the advice provided, at your request, we can email you a recommendation report for you to consider in your own time.
