Ordered as a Christmas present but never arrived.
No communication despite chasing several times.
Luckily reimbursed from my bank.
Unfortunate as it is a really cool concept.
Avoid - wish I had done further research before purchasing.

Great Concept - good product - USELESS SERVICE
Great Concept -good product.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Anyone that has bought from them don't give up completely. I ordered early september - goods arrived end november.
Zero communication from start to finish I actually thought I had lost the money completely. No response from emails sent but the goods did arrive.
The decks are nice but nothing really special was a bit of a let down after the huge wait.

Absolute scam. DO NOT BUY. I placed an order in September. Nothing ever arrived. No estimated delivery date or dispatch notice. No way to contact them other than an email address to which they never respond to. I emailed numerous times and posted on loads of their facebook posts. Reported them to Facebook as this is where I initially saw them advertised. Fortunately managed to claim my money back through my bank. Should've done my research before purchasing.

Received my custom deck today and it looks awesome. The drawing is perfect and the quality of the deck is very good! It takes some time because it's custom made, but it's definetely worth it!

Big delays in production, no response by email and no reimbursement
Despite the excellent concept of this online store, I have a terrible experience with this company.
I ordered a €199 deck for a special occasion and waited the 3-4 weeks delay written on the website. Unfortunately I did not receive any news from the company after my several emails and so far, did not receive any reimbursement for my order. I recently got a message informing me that the deck design is ready (2 months after my order!) but I still requested a reimbursement. No news until I finally get a generic email related to the order shipment !
I did not recommend this company because of its terrible client experience. Big disappointment !
