Absolutely a SCAM company, paid for a radio code on 16/04/2026 , never received an email, used the never received my code via the faqs, filled in form sent email, no response, emailed support, no reply, called the number - doesnt work so its been like 2 weeks no code, no replies to any emails and no way to make contact AVOID!!!!

So, i sent the wrong serial number, trying to correct this was a nightmare, every time i emailed i just got an automated reply. When you try to navigate the 'help' page- nothing works, bloody hopeless, there is a phone number- doesn't work, i eventually got my code after 15 emails. NEVER AGAIN

I did pay for radio code with my apple pay and it gave me random email address.
I contacted support and attached photo of the email and order and the proof. 24h from the email and no response whatsoever.
I paid £15 for a radio code.

Phone number is not working and no way to contact them.

Paid by PayPal, receipt send immediately but no correspondence after. Auto response when I try to email them. Says on receipt 4 to 24 hrs, that was 3 days ago. No code sent and no way of getting my money back. Definitely a scam .Do not use!
Wait! After submitting this review, I later received my code by email, so I apologise for calling it a scam. However I will stick with the one star review because a lot of anguish would have been prevented if they had communicated with me. Also they should state on their site that the process could take up to a week, there would not have been a problem then.

I put in the serial number of my radio and had to upload a photo of the sticker with all the details of the radio - had my code short time after and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much!

Avoid this company.

I paid for a radio code which does not work. I followed all instructions correctly and still the code failed. I contacted support multiple times but only received copy-paste replies with no real help.

No refund, no proper support, just a waste of money. Very frustrating experience.

The code for my 15 year old Ford Fusion had been lost. Yesterday evening I took a chance on this site. It was easy to use with clearly laid out instructions to follow. I was given the choice of receiving the code for free but this would take 12 hours to be emailed or to pay £4.95 to have the code sent immediately. £4.95 is very reasonable so I opted for that, received the code straight away and after waiting for the radio to display CODE (which took 30 minutes and was the longest and most frustrating part of the job so be prepared) was able to follow the instructions to input the code and confirm and the radio sprang to life! This morning there was an email (check your spam folder, mine went there) with the code as promised.
I would recommend this site if you need a radio code - no fuss, genuinely free if you don't mind a wait and affordable if you rather as small price to finish the job then and there.
