Trying to get a refund
I ordered some curtains, they arrived but when I tried them, one side was was longer than the other. I contacted customer support and eventually they offered to replace them. By then I had bought some curtains elsewhere so I asked for a refund. I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, as to how I can return the curtains and get a refund.
I've heard nothing, despite emailing them a number of times.
