I ordered 5 pairs of curtains three sky…
I ordered 5 pairs of curtains three sky blue which showed ligh blue colour the ones I received were dark turquoise, the other 2 pair were silver grey one was the right size the other should have been 46x54 they sent 52x84 ,the quality is good the size and colour are appaling the colour was nothing like the one shown in the picture,either they are the wrong colour shown or they sent the wrong ones ,I have been on the phone all day as I just got them today the 7/12/23 and I can not get through to them it's as though the phone number does not exist, so I am very unhappy Sue mcdermott

The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate and the item was delivered within 3 or 4 days, very fast. Unfortunately they were too small so I have reordered and in the meantime found their Customer Services to be very good. They responded overnight to my email querying how to return the goods for a refund and sent a label. Unfortunately, again, I have to pay the return postage as it was my fault and not a defective item.

Pretty silvery grey/white curtains.
On receiving my parcel I was very happy to find the curtains were true to the colour shown. Also they hang nicely. I did expect them to be thicker but they look very nice so I am pleased.
