The Solar powered water fountain design looks great, website glossy but maybe a video of it operating to show the true performance?? Price is competetive and ordering experience very straightforward

The process of buying was very simple and reasurring. All the product details were clear and specific as well. Product looks mesmerizing. As someone who has a girlfriend who loves cats. This is a perfect gift. But I always appreciate a good and more specifically, a reasurring ordering process. Good website. Good company.

An update of my review on 29 May 2026

My rating should not be one-star, but ZERO star. Decors has no reply whatsoever at all to my e-mails. No acknowledgement or anything despite the fact that I used the e-mail the company suggested for any request for refund. No courtesy to respond. How can one pursue such a company? The company is difficult to chase due to jurisdictional cross-border complexities, lack of a disclosed physical address, and costs of suing them far outweighs the value of a consumer order

I am convinced that many of the five-star reviews are mainly about the experiences of easy ordering and the affordable (too good to be true) prices. But the experience of receiving the product and finding its real physical condition/poor quality/non-functionality -- especially SSD Drives (see other reviews of SSD drives) -- is a totally different matter. Painful! Waste of time, money and energy.

Please do yourself the favour -- do not purchase from this untrustworthy and non-responding company called Decors Deluxe.

I was happy to find my order, a 16TB SSD, delivered to my doorstep on 29 May 2026 after 11 days (I ordered it on 18 May).

I plugged the SSD into my computer to copy photo files from my hard drive. The Used Space check show that the drive is holding data, but there are none. I already made sure to "show hidden files", checked drive storage, checked system errors, turned off write caching, etc.

I can conclude that the brandless SSD (No brand, no logo, it only says "Hard Disk"), which admittedly I am using for the first time, is defective. I just emailed Decors Deluxe that I must return the product and get a refund. I hope to receive their response. The SUMMARY of my experience: waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy. Nonetheless, I want to hope I will get a refund from Decors Deluxe, in all fairness.

The delivery took some time to arrive and when it did one item of a matched pair of rechargeable spotlights was broken. Have emailed the company 3 times. No reply. Finally my husband took the broken one apart and managed to fix it but not the sort of service we expected at all.
Nice lights, however.

I ordered the External Hard Drive Portable SSD High-Speed Data Storage Black / 6TB, $131.74, It's not 6TB and when I transfer my files it reaches to 300 GB and then it erase the files that on the SSD drive to start loading other files. I emailed the company twice for a refund and they never responded back. Also this drive is extremely light and thin. If I can give a rating less than a zero, I would. Also you can research for true reviews and it's not five stars as what they have on their site.

Ordering experience was good. I'm waiting to test the product hen I receive it and will return with an update
