Had a terrible experience with these cut throat thieves, Ash who is a friend of the house owner we rented is absolutely bent as the owners themselves. Having returned the house clean and tidy and giving up our deposit for some furniture the owner didn't have time to remove, we are now being pursued initially for £4000 in trumped up damages, and after refusing to pay they add non existent damages to £6300. I look forward to the court date and I will update this review with the outcome, chasing a family with disabled kids for non existent damages, hope you lie straight at night ASH! What living room rug?, did not exist, toilet and sink suddenly blocked 3 months after leaving? Oh and by the way everyone we had an inspection 9 months before we left and 3 months before we left with no problems reported. Suddenly there is over 6 grand of damage. Beware renters...

I contacted Deeds to help sell my mothers house in Caerphilly. The service we received from DEEDS has been nothing far from exceptional.
Everything from the photos and wording of the advert to the pricing guidance and tips for viewings exceeded expectations.
Darren and Hayley are an absolute credit. Their friendly, optimistic nature made a potentially overwhelming experience stress free.
My mother especially liked the WhatsApp group, which was set up for seamless contact. Darren and Hayley answered questions quickly and kept my mum up to date every step of the way.
My mother’s house sold within a sensible timeframe and at a fantastic price. This can only be down to Darren’s extensive knowledge of the property market and area.

From the very first meeting with Darren to view the property I would later purchase, to the next 12 weeks until completion, every single step of my buying journey was supported. Both Hayley and Darren were professional, knowledgeable and experienced, this was made even more poignant as my conveyor was utterly useless, unprofessional and uncontactable for 11 of those 12 weeks, which meant that Hayley not only supported her sellers, but myself in the process too.

What made this whole experience stress free was Deeds namely Darren and Hayley. As soon as property was on the market they kept us up to date via a WhatsApp group so any questions asked where dealt with effectively. Property sold within a few weeks and again we where kept up to date with progress of sale. They also helped with any forms we recieved from solicitors. The whole journey was just made so much easier. Darren and Hayley are a superb team and now we understand how they have won several awards. Thank you once again guys we will use you again if we ever need to sell our property in the future.

Well where to start..... after selling our home (with a different estate agent) we were seeking to find a suitable property have two failures. I had never heard of DEEDS until then. Darren was outstanding at the viewing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasuring. Darren allowed us time to process the home, the area and the information with no pressure. Darren was accommodating when i requested a second viewing with family and my children. Darren allowed us time and space again to enjoy the home....... this experience sold us the home we have now purchased. Hayley was professional and accommodating with finding information out for us that we needed and chasing solicitors. Highly recommended and would definately use if was going to sell in the future.

Sold a property with deeds June . Darren was very helpful from his first visit to value the property right through to completion. He was always easy to contact if you needed help or advise regarding the sale. I would not hesitate to use them again if i ever sold another property.

Hayley really went above and beyond during the recent purchase of our property. She was not our agent - but the sellers, so obviously we knew she was working for them, however, she provided the most fantastic service.
She was able to liaise with the solicitors as well as the site manager when there were any issues or lack of communication.
Hayley treated us as actual human beings rather than just a number or statistic. It was lovely being able to talk to her in detail about our purchase because she had an understanding of what was happening instead of reading notes on a screen every time!

We absolutely recommend Deeds and will be keeping them in mind if we decide to move in the future!

Probably the best estate agents in my area. My property was sold in 2 days. And hayley chased up the solicitor's and had it completed within the 12 weeks time frame. Many thanks to the team I give them 10 stars not 5.

Excellent service from Darren and Hayley our sale was not straight forward as we were selling a very large house to a rather difficult vender, which delayed the purchase we were making, had it not had been for Hayley I’m sure we would have lost our purchase.I believe other agents would have give up on us but Deeds stood by us until the whole sale/purchase was made.

We were selling our late mum’s house so it got a bit emotional. Darren was very sensitive to this and the whole experience was as easy as it could be! Great communication and so friendly and efficient. My sisters and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone 😊
