Understood my requirements and met them completely, needed quick sale and a cash sale, all criteria met. Managed all aspects of the project with minimal involvement from me.

Well what can I say this estate agents are absolutely amazing. If you want an estate agent that goes above and beyond what they say just to make sure your property sells this is the agent for you. Hayley and Darren go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and satisfied. Hayley was available when ever I needed to speak to her for reassurance even out side of office hours and always available for support and advice you tell me what other agent does that. Very competitive fees with outstanding customer service skills. Hayley is absolute amazing and nothing is to much trouble for her. She will move mountains to make sure things are achieved (I know first hand experience of this with Hayley). With out Hayley and her constant persistency in pushing solicitors and going above and beyond her role as an agent I would of never have sold and bought my current house. Hayley thrives off challenges and needless to say my circumstances were difficult but we got through it all thanks to Hayley.
