Completely disappointed with the service. I made a purchase of a pair of adjustable dumbbells and at first did not receive an email acknowledging the purchase as well as the tracking info, as promised. After a couple of emails, my order was found and a tracking number was provided. When the order was finally received it was for a single barbell and not the pair. Subsequent attempts by email to have this looked into have been unsuccessful.

I ordered this massager over 3 to 4 weeks ago still have not received it and already receiving review links. Have left several emails Facebook post and still have not received one email back or a phone call spent Almost $100 bill and still have not received the item or an email back about my questions and the situation

This was a gift and other person was very happy with it.

a shipping label was created on jan.5 today is jan19 have not received yet will never order again

Sent me the wrong product, I immediately sent an email and am still waiting on return info.

They don't even reach back to me and cant even get in contact with them even if you email them they dont even care to respond I been trying to reach them for like a month and still nothing. I want a refund and cant even get that ! I wouldnt recommend

I order this for a Christmas gift. It has been charged for 6 or 8 hours and it does not work unless it is plugged in which is useless because the charger cord is so short. I've sent several message asking for some resolution but have not received a reply.

I ordered before 12/21/21 and have yet to receive my two massager one for my son hone from military and the other for my husband. This is ridiculous.

I lift weights 5/6 days a week, and constantly sore; I think this may help my body.

Took awhile to get order
It was not wst I ordered, suppose to be red with square elements you attach.
The case is nice & chargeable however after charging 10 hour had 5 green lite out of 6. Basically it is a piece of crap & does not work. Can't get tefund because made claim about delay & claim was closed
I was ripped off for $88. It is crap . Do not buy it . Would never deal with this company.

I purchased the deep muscle massager as a Christmas present for my husband. On the site it stated will arrive 3-4 days. It took over 2 weeks for it to arrive. I chalked it up to the holidays. When it was opened, it came in a nice case, massager felt sturdy and the product itself looks great. Charged it as per direction, but it did not work. It died immediately. It was plugged back in and showed there was a charge. My husband used it being plugged in, but as soon as pressure was applied it died. Left it charged some more and end result was the same. I have sent a couple of emails trying to get a replacement and still have not received a response. I called the number listed on the site and it was to an OB/Gyn office in New York. As far as I’m concerned company is a fraud and a scam. At this point I will dispute charges since product is a dud and company doesn’t seem to exist!!

It took 2 weeks for me to get it and when I got it the only way for it to work is to keep it plugged in and then when I try to use the 3rd setting it shuts itself off. I am very unhappy with it. I emailed them about it and have not received any thing from them. I'm going to call the better business bureau and report them

I placed my order on November 17. To date I have not received it. I sent two emails with no follow up. I would like to to have what I paid for.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Its just awful!
Been 3 weeks and I haven’t even received my items! And I ordered two of the foot massagers and nothing!
Been trying to email customer service with no reply! And the contact number is not even for you guys. Just awful and a complete fraud!
I’m going to dispute the charges from my bank because I will never get my refund or order from you guys!

There has not been much communication. I have not gotten my order yet and i have no idea when i will. When I tried to track my oder it just takes me to a page trying to sell me more products.

You sent me a massager that was used only one speed works and it's missing two attachments

Very low quality, overpriced for what it is.
paid for 3 day shipping and it took a week and a half to show up.

Do not recommend it
