No response to my question at all…

No response to my question at all regarding a defective muscle massager… messaged them as soon at it came (which was delayed) but have not received any correspondence from the company at all.

Ordered the ems foot massager did not…

Ordered the ems foot massager did not work at all. Immediately emailed them about a return took over a week for a reply. They want us to pay shipping and handling and will refund our money after they check it out. Ummm no!! You pay shipping and handling for sending a defective product you sent. Customer service takes forever

It's been 3 weeks. Can't get in touch with you in ANYWAY!! HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, I CONSIDER THIS TO BE FRAUD. And you HAVE your money from me. WHAT'S THE DEAL??? Refund my money!!!

I was unable to contact anyone

I was unable to contact anyone. My order was missing the Foot massager. Instead you sent me more adapters. I paid thirty dollars for it and never received it. Unable to let anyone know because the numbers are non working. I would appreciate someone to look over my order and send me what is missing. I can send you my receipt and that you sent it all to me. Which was not done. If anyone orders I will tell them that it is not a good company.

Caveat emptor!!!

I ordered and received the massager but the speeds would not adjust. The lights would change indicating that it was supposedly changing speeds but it only would have one speed still. The speed it's stuck on is to strong for various types of massages. Here is the dialog:

I got my massager today. I charged it and started to use it but noticed that each setting is the same speed. When I first turn it on it thumps slowly and then builds up momentum to full speed. No matter what setting I choose after that, the speed is the same! Do I have a faulty unit? It's really brutal on me with this speed! Thanks in advance

Hi. It's been a couple weeks and haven't heard from you regarding any tracking numbers yet for my order replacement. I haven't received anything yet either. Can I have an update please?
Also I would like to know what to do with the defective unit. Ship it back or toss it?

It is now October 24 and no replacement or response.
Seems the seller doesn't care what happens to you after they take your money.

I ordered on a Saturday

I ordered on a Saturday, received a notice on Tuesday that a shipping label was created, but the product wasn't there yet. No further notices. So on the Thursday I inquired if my order had been shipped yet or not. Received a notice they were checking on it, but no explanation as if or when it would be shipped. Next notice I received is it was enroute & then received all the notices of where the shipment was & when it was expected to arrive. I feel if I had not questioned if my shipment was sent, it would have taken much longer to get here. This is my 3rd shipment of the muscle massager & never had any problems with the first two, but not so happy with this shipment.

This is the third Deep Muscle Massager…

This is the third Deep Muscle Massager I have purchased and am still very happy with the product and its accessories.
I am an active 74 years old disabled Vietnam Veteran and need massaging daily.
My wife particularly enjoys the "lightness" [weight] of the unit. It is much easier for her to handle than other massagers we have owned in the past.

DO NOT BUY!!

Bought this for my wife as a surprise. It arrived 2 days late, fine…
Charged it for the 6 hours as stated in the instructions. Had some reservations when I opened the case and saw the massage gun, looks cheaply made.
Used it for less than 5 minutes then the port where you place the attachments in came loose, then started to make a really loud rattling noise.
Checked all the reviews and realized I was robbed!!
DO NOT BUY THIS MASSAGE GUN!! IT’S A PIECE OF ?!&$!!
Buyer beware, you get what you pay for, going to purchase a name brand massage gun!!
Totally disappointed and disgusted because I know they stole my money!!

We noticed right away that the massager…

We noticed right away that the massager only worked on high speed all the time. It would not go on lower speeds. We asked the company to exchange for a new one or refund our money. They ignored our requests, so nothing has been resolved
