The defibrillator I ordered never arrived and they refused to send a replacement or refund my money. I lost over £ 1000.

We had a number of issues with the delivery of our defibrillator, however the customer service we have received by Reece Fuller has been second to non. He was quick and efficient getting our proforma over to us and getting the order out to us quickly, as mentioned above UPS did cause many issues with delivery, however Reece was helpful and kept great communication all the way! As soon as delivery has taken place, Reece got our invoice over to us within a few minutes of requesting. Thanks for your time and effort that you put in Reece It is most appreciated. Would happily order again from this company.
I spent over £1000 on a Primedic defibrillator. The battery is supposed to last 4 years but gave errors long before that, making the device unusable. No sense of urgency from either defibshop or primedic that this should be dealt with quickly, despite my ordering a new battery. No sign of battery or any date when it could be expected.
After 4 weeks, still no battery, device still not working. A string of excuses.
And the device is a very old design, using memory components i haven't seen for decade.
i would avoid both Defibshop and Primedic.
