I've used definitive electrical three times now and they have always been extremely professional, do a great job at the right money and leave a tidy and clean site when done, never had to chase them, great communication and service, can't ask for better and would highly recommend to anyone.

Carl and his team fixed my faulty lighting in double quick time, I rang Thursday evening and they were fixed by Friday evening. Carl worked into Friday evening to get the job done. Dedication and professionalism exemplified.

Excellent emergency electrician.
Needed an emergency call out in the middle of lockdown as we had no hot water. Was recommended through Facebook. Had excellent communication and the electrician was prompt, professional and courteous. Got the work done the following day, quickly, with no mess or fuss. Tried to save us as much money as possible. Would definitely recommend.

My extractors weren’t working
My extractors weren’t working, definitive electrical came out the following day, I got my quote at the end of the day. Arranged the date for the work to be carried out, all done in 1 hour. Could not fault thank you

Emergency call out.
I contacted Definitive Electrical in January. They got back to me the same day and arranged for an electrician to visit that day. Aaron, the electrician sorted out my fusing outdoor lights, replacing faulty equipment that day. Most efficient, professional, timely and friendly service. Couldn’t fault.

Excellent service. Electrian turned up at the agreed time and solved a problem with the extractor fan in shower room without any fuss. Obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommended.
