Bad Tri-Mix formulation
Defy filled a Tri-Mix prescription for me and it didn’t work. Hard to believe as I gave them the exact formula that I’ve been using successfully for over 10 years. Somehow, they messed up the formula and it’s not effective or even usable. Worse, they claim it’s not their fault and offered zero solutions.

This is my third consult with Dr. Caulkins. It had been rescheduled and I had been distracted right at the call in time. He called and didn’t miss a beat. All went well and we discussed revised treatment options and some peptides to aid my healing from a recent injury. Make sure your support system pushes out the treatment notes.
