Ben is down to earth with me and shares his own experiences out of empathy as a fellow aging man and for the betterment of my health care. And far beyond HRT treatment. He’s not a script/pill pusher as I’ve come to expect from many other medical professionals I’ve interacted in my lifetime. He has educated, enlightened and helped me far beyond my HRT expectations. Great initial consult with my provider
Great initial consult with my provider. I was afforded the opportunity to give some background on my concerns, what I’ve done to date to address them before seeking medical assistance and this was 180° different than with my PCP. My PCP, who is also great, is not specialized in men-specific health. It was very important to me to be able to speak with a provider that really understood what all of my labs meant and I appreciated the time they took to tell me what they all mean and how they ‘interconnect’. Overall super satisfied and exceeded my expectations.

Melissa is amazing
Melissa is amazing. Been with her now for almost 8 years. She is so knowledgeable and has helped my wife and I is so many ways. She thinks outside the box and is up to date on the latest hormone information. Highly recommend her and Defy Medical.

Beth was great! She made me feel very comfortable and she was super thorough going through my history. She answered all of my questions and gave me so many options for treatment. I did not feel pressured to choose anything and appreciated having the options. I will definitely be continuing with Beth at Defy!

The communication and advice has been great so far and I appreciate the advice I got concerning my labs.
However I was supposed to receive another lab order so I can start getting my testosterone and I have not received that order! I called and I have not received the order still! That's the reason I'm taking away a star
