Terrible service: I've transferred funds and two weeks later I am still waiting. Money taken out of my bank account yet my degiro account has not received the money. Customer service unreachable via either phone or email.

I simply like Degiro. The platform is cost efficient and quite user-friendly. The mobile app is great and allows me to check my stocks on the go. I also feel they are trying to steadily improve all features and make it better. I really appreciate.

We have worked hard to fix this as soon as possible and you should again be able to see all the information up to 5 years. Furthermore you always have the ability to look at the advanced charts for each products, which you will find if you press on interactive chart button at the bottom of each product chart.

Almost perfect
After more than two years, I can say that I like the clean looking and intuitive interface, the easy to understand processes and of course the "human" fees. Support has been very responsive.
For improvement:
- More options for faster funding besides Klarna.
- Faster funding via Bank transfer.
- Charts with prortfolio performance visualisation.
